Overall excellent. Great service and always smiling, great rooms and the view and location is perfect for whatever.
Cons:
WiFi could be a lot better. They sent a technician though but still… WiFi is incredibly bad for streaming.
Breakfast was fine but need variation and the Belgian waffles are extremely dry.
Extra plus’s:
We were having our wedding in Cyprus and told the hotel about this and they gave us a champagne and red wine for the room which was amazing.
Also, we were leaving late on our departure day and we were allowed to loan a changing room which was a hotel room just for showering and getting ready for travelling after a long day on the beach with no expenses. Amazing.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we used their cabanas (the big square beds) twice while we were in Cyprus. They’re €150, but totally worth it. Super comfy, plenty of shade, really clean, you get towels, and you can spend the full amount on food and drinks at the poolside restaurant. The food’s actually really really good (better than I expected), and the staff are lovely too. We came with a baby and she had some of her best naps there during the trip.

I had a wonderful stay at Capo Bay Hotel.
What made the visit so lovely was the incredible staff.
Particularly the front of house team, the lovely lady working in the bar and the housekeeping staff - thank you for making our stay so lovely.
We came with our 10 month baby and found the hotel to be very child friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The best location on Fig Tree Bay, with absolutely fantastic staff and food. I had a serious accident while renting a boat, and my wife had to apply a pressure bandage with her shirt until we made it back to shore. From there it was just a short walk—ten meters up to the hotel—where the staff immediately took care of me. I was surrounded by attentive employees who did everything they could to help. After losing consciousness, I was placed on a sunbed in the shade at the lunch restaurant while waiting for the ambulance. The hotel manager personally knew one of the doctors in Protaras, who came in straight away on his day off. When we arrived at the clinic, nurses and the doctor were already prepared. In just over an hour I had taken an ambulance ride, received 15 stitches in both my fingers and knee, and was back at the hotel—thanks to the operations manager who followed the ambulance, waited with us, and then drove us back. We were even able to enjoy lunch in the very same spot where I had been lying unconscious only an hour earlier. Even the health center back home was impressed—nothing needed to be redone, they only changed the dressing. As you can imagine, I cannot praise this hotel enough. What absolutely outstanding service!

My wife and I have just returned from a 10 night stay in capo bay hotel. I'm not a big reviewer but where it deserves one ( good or bad ) I'll give my opinion. This one certainly deserves a great review. Married now for almost 40years I'd say we've probably been abroad on holidays almost 50 times to various countries, our 3rd time in Cyprus. From the moment we arrived until the day of leaving I'd easily say this was the best experience and best hotel of all the previous. When we arrived we were told their was a problem with our booking and our standard room wasn't available until the following day. They asked if we wouldn't mind being upgraded to a superior room with a sea view for the night, and for our inconvenience, a voucher for the buffet restaurant the following evening worth 72 euros ( imagine ). We did get our standard room the following afternoon and we were certainly not inconvenienced, the room was lovely with everything one would require. Although this is a large hotel I was pleasantly surprised how quiet and relaxed it was. No waiting for lifts, and always plenty of sunbeds in morning. The pool and section for the adults was really relaxing and special mentioned to staff who served us with great politeness and helpfulness, as were all the staff in every department of the hotel. From our sun bed the beach and beautiful sea at fig tree bay was less than a 100 metres strule. We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was exceptional with a great range of hot, cold and sweet breakfasts. I loved the bread and butter pudding. We generally never return to the same hotel for holidays but would easily make an exception for the Capo Bay. Highly recommended.

There are two outdoor freshwater swimming pools: a free-shaped pool with a Jacuzzi, and a smaller pool designed for children. Additionally, there is an adults-only pool, heated in April, which children may also use during this month.
During March, April, and October, the indoor pool has specific access rules: children may use it when accompanied by adults between 10:00 and 16:00. The pool has controlled capacity to ensure a comfortable experience. The Oneiro Spa management reserves the right to deny entry to any children who do not follow the indoor pool regulations.
To enhance the pool experience, towels, sunbeds, and sunshades are provided for guests. With multiple pools, there is always ample space to swim, relax, or simply enjoy the water.

Architect and sculptor Joseph Caspari has created an urban space with minimalist, fuss-free elegance in calming shades of grey and black.
Oneiro Spa Resort is considered one of the best in the Protaras Spa Hub, offering a variety of treatments to hydrate, remineralise, smooth, and soften skin, taking guests to a new level of relaxation. Health and wellness have been integrated into an urbane environment.
The Spa Centre includes a sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath, Vichy shower, sanarium, a fully equipped gymnasium, and a 15-metre heated indoor lap pool. It is a truly inspirational place for the mind, body, soul, and spirit. The Oneiro Spa Centre, including the indoor pool, is for use by persons aged 16 years and over. For the months of March, April, and October, children may use this pool when accompanied by adults, between the hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The indoor pool is within the area of the Oneiro Spa. This is a smaller pool, and the number of persons using the pool at any one time is limited. Spa management reserves the right to turn away any persons who do not adhere to the rules and regulations of the Oneiro Spa indoor pool.

Dine Around Meal Option - consist of buffet breakfast and one meal. This can either be lunch or a dinner. Guests may choose from one to three restaurants for lunch or dinner, weather permitting. These restaurants may feature their regular menus, or special theme nights according to seasonality. The restaurants will work on a prior reservation basis.
The Dine Around Concept offers a 3 course meal which includes: a choice of one starter, a choice of one main dish and a choice of one dessert. When ordering from the various menus, items marked with an asterisk will be subject to a supplement (extra charge payable at the hotel).
