It features fully equipped accommodation with a balcony overlooking the city and free WiFi. The centre of Larnaca city is 1.5 km away. All apartments come with a separate bedroom. Each consists of a living room with flat-screen TV and a kitchen with dining area and oven with hobs and a washing machine. Airport is 4 km away

Wrong address on google maps, street address wrong and confusing, phone on google maps disconnected. All lights on building off on arrival. When finally finding a number to call on inside entrance hall, I was told to wait 20mins. Paid extra 15€ in unexpected “mandatory fees” to be able to get the key. They blamed my travel agent. Ok, sure, but bad experience.
Needs renovation, especially in slightly nasty toilet.
Good internet.

The owner does literally nothing to maintain the apartments. The rooms smell bad. Furniture and other utilities are in an unacceptable bad condition as you see on the pictures of previous ratings. Everything is sticky and dirty. Drains are clogged and smelling very bad. Cockroaches. Slow wifi.
I asked to replace the dirty - full of feces toilet seat. I asked for another mattress, because you sleep on metal springs. They promised to replace. But even after multiple asking they didn’t care and nothing has been done. The apartments are overpriced and if you’re a tourist and from another country they will try to get as much money from you as possible.
I moved out after only 3 months.
The worst part, they didn’t return the one month deposit and kept ALL of my money „for cleaning“ and for a „missing remote control“ which has never been there.
Ridiculous.

Dirty, smelly, cockroaches. Air conditioning worked poorly. There was not one power socket in the bedroom. They gave me even a different room that I booked without any notice or compensation. I was supposed to stay for 7 nights, I moved out after 3 and was refused any refund in the rudest way possible. The host is only nice to you when you give money and have no complaints. That was my worst experience ever.

St. Mamas apartament is friendly and hospitable accomodation. The staff welcomed us with a smile, let us check in early, pay the next day with no rush and offered their help 24/7. The place itself is quite tidy and quite well-equipped (fridge, washing machine, comfy beds, towels, wifi).
Wider choice of cutlery would be welcome, as well as some warmer quilts, not only thin blankets – depends on the season of course.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the sea and the airport. There is also a possibility of renting a car for an affordable price (fair fuel policy, 1-day rental, no deposit required) and the accommodation itself is inexpensive. Recommended.
