The beach is a 4-minute stroll from this apartment. Kaos Hotel Apartments in Ayia Napa has an outdoor pool, poolside bar, and a children's pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, and is only a 7-minute walk from Sandy Bay Beach and 15 minutes from Nissi Beach. It provides self-catering accommodations with complimentary WiFi and free on-site parking.
All air-conditioned studios and apartments include floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. They have an open-plan kitchen with an oven, toaster, and refrigerator, as well as a lounge space with a 32-inch flat-screen TV. There is also an air-conditioned separate bedroom and a private bathroom in each flat. On request, hairdryers and ironing boards can be provided.
The Kaos Hotel is within walking distance of all facilities, including supermarkets, stores, and restaurants. A 7-minute stroll will take you to the heart of Ayia Napa, where all the nightlife is. Really enjoyable stay here rooms are spacious, clean, tidy with air conditioning, linen clean towels changed every other day cleaning staff friendly and accomodating if needed anything.
pool is a decent size wiith plenty of loungers to chill out, the pool bar was fully stocked with a good veriety of drinks to choose from, beers, spirits, coffee,milk shakes, and a selection of ice cream. The staff running the bar was amazing and friendly, apartrments location is ideal 15 min walk to Nissi Beach (the best beach i have ever set foot on) one way and a small 10 min walk to the strip the other way. Highly recomend these apartments. keep up the ghood work.

Fantastic apartments clean and tidy with fresh towels,10 min walk into the square where the night life is , close to Nissi Beach , bus stop right outside , bar staff amazing highly recommend a stay here !

Large well equipped two rooms and a bathroom with shower. Two singe beds in the main bedroom. Two additional sofa beds in the kitchen area. Both rooms have air-conditioning. Large outdoor pool and shower area. A small children's paddling pool. Close to shows and beaches.

Great hotel and pool stayed here for a week close to the main strip with a bus stop directly outside and a 24hr shop right next door. The MI-MY bar was well stocked with beer, spirits, freshly made milk shakes coffee etc. also reasonably priced.

Had a really enjoyable stay at Kaos Hotel Apartments in Ayia Napa! The location is excellent close to the center, beaches, shops, and nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax.
The apartments are clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is a great bonus, perfect for chilling during the day.
What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff they made the whole experience even better.
Overall, great value for money and a perfect choice whether you're visiting with friends or family. Would definitely stay here again!

Apartment
Each apartment has a one-bedroom with two single beds, a living room with two sofas that convert to beds, an LED TV, an open-plan kitchenette with a large fridge, a lounge, and a private bathroom with a shower. Each unit has a balcony, and some have a view of the pool. After each departure, the flats are cleaned and linen and towels are replaced with clean ones. Every two days, new towels are added, and linen is delivered every four days.
Studio
Each studio comprises 2 single beds plus an armchair that can turn into a bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge, dining table, balcony and private shower.
