Information
In the heart of the tourist area of Paphos, an apartment complex Princessa Vera finds itself in a quiet corner with a beautiful view of the crystal blue sea.
Princessa Vera provides a relaxing and refreshing environment with its light colours, green lawn, flower beds, and, most importantly, its friendly staff. The apartment building is an example of a contemporary hotel. It consists of a large hall and three different types of rooms. In addition, there are two swimming pools: a relaxing pool and a games pool. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at "Namos," while Harley's bar has an a la carte menu to suit any palate.
The hotel's convenient location in the city, on the main tourist street and close to public transportation, is one of its advantages. All of the important archaeological sites, such as the Tombs of the Kings, the Archaeological Park with the Mosaics House, the Catacombs of St. Solomon, and the Medieval Castle, are also within walking distance. Shopping enthusiasts can visit Paphos's Kings Avenue Mall, while younger visitors can visit the Aphrodite Waterpark.

Dont recommend at all
My country is at war!
With a real threat that they have closed the ability to enter and exit the country!
My flights were canceled the day before I arrived at the hotel
The hotel is not interested, not willing to refund money or change dates
Sad, angry and disappointing that we as a world are unable to be humane to each other, understanding and accommodating to changing situations!
I will never visit this hotel and I certainly will not recommend it!

We loved our stay here. The rooms were spotless, as were the outside areas. It's location is excellent. Just 5 minute walk to the Kings Mall, 20-30 minutes walk to the harbour. The Bus station is just up the road. The service was excellent, wonderful staff. We had a problem with the bed configuration in my son's apartment, but it was quickly resolved. The breakfast is lovely. Plenty of choice.

pro: the resort is nice and the girls from the reception offered me a lot of good hints on what to do in Paphos. I was doing an early check-out and the girls from the reception arranged for the breakfast to be delivered in a box. that was really nice of them.
cons: the pictures that correspond to the room were deceiving as are done not to show the room as it is. the room is a little bit outdated. The mattresses are good and you can rest but the issue is with the construction site that is near the building. They start working at 7am. On the other street there is a bar called Pit Stop that will play karaoke until 2 am. So the time for you to sleep is between 2am to 7am.

Just returned from a 10 night stay with my mum (84) the apartments and communal areas were spotless clean. Henley's Bar was lovely.
However, the pictures of rooms on website are a bit disceptive! as our 2 bed studio whilst having great facilities you could not open wardrobe doors and walk past bed at the same time so learn to walk like a crab!
The local beach is ok but very tired and sun beds need some serious attention, torn, screws missing and generally not great. Lighthouse Beach bar makes up for it though...good service and great food and drinks. Local area not great as mum not a good walker so limited restaurant selection. Kings Mall offers everything you need and more but is a bit of a walk away...again for an 84yr old. Local bus services are fabulous and run regularly.
Overall we had a great time.
Just clarify details of your transfer to airport port for return....seems not even tour operator sure of that info!!

We had a weeks holiday in November 24 as a birthday treat for myself and what a treat it was.
The hotel is in a fabulous position for all bars and restaurants. Our room was very spacious with a large and very comfy bed with and very comfy pillows we had the room cleaned everyday with fresh towels and toiletries replenished as needed.
The room was very well equipped with everything to hand it even came with washing up liquid and dish cloth something we have never had before with our stays anywhere.
The staff from the Manager, the reception staff, bar staff and housekeepers were 100% attentive nothing was a bother and always with a smile.
The hotel was just a short walk from the beach which we walked every day.
The hotel was spotless as was the pool and gardens and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay to appreciate this hotel.
We loved it so much we have booked again for November this year (2025)
We are so looking forward to coming back to the Princessa Vera and to see you all soon😊
