Information
In the heart of the tourist area of Paphos, an apartment complex Princessa Vera finds itself in a quiet corner with a beautiful view of the crystal blue sea.
Princessa Vera provides a relaxing and refreshing environment with its light colours, green lawn, flower beds, and, most importantly, its friendly staff. The apartment building is an example of a contemporary hotel. It consists of a large hall and three different types of rooms. In addition, there are two swimming pools: a relaxing pool and a games pool. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at "Namos," while Harley's bar has an a la carte menu to suit any palate.
The hotel's convenient location in the city, on the main tourist street and close to public transportation, is one of its advantages. All of the important archaeological sites, such as the Tombs of the Kings, the Archaeological Park with the Mosaics House, the Catacombs of St. Solomon, and the Medieval Castle, are also within walking distance. Shopping enthusiasts can visit Paphos's Kings Avenue Mall, while younger visitors can visit the Aphrodite Waterpark.

Have stayed here before a few times . .I have stayed in other places but this is always my first choice if they have availability . The staff here are all amazing , friendly and work hard . Apartments are always spotlessly clean and well maintained . Breakfast has great choices hot & cold . Variety of teas , coffee & juices , water on offer . Gym facilities , pools and is situated in good location. Easy access to beach , Kings Mall and many visitor sites. Quick buses up to old town if you don't want to walk . Great variety of restaurants close by . Would highly recommend
Great location...3 mins walk from a beach and the coastal path, 20 min walk to the harbour, shops, bars, restaurants on doorstep. 30 min walk to Paphos old town or a bus station a few minutes walk away.
The room was spotless modern and super comfy. I have never stayed anywhere in recent years where the cleaning was so good.
Pool area was nice with plenty of sunloungers.
Staff at the hotel were all super friendly.
Breakfast was plentiful...but i found anything from the hot section was cold when you sat down to eat it.
It could have been a fantastic weekend, but unfortunately... it wasn't. My room (310) had connecting doors with the room next door. The walls were very thin and, because of the connecting door, we could literally hear the neighbors breathing!
The doors definitely need to be replaced; they don't close properly and if you open the window, the wind makes them rattle, creating a lot of unnecessary noise. Also, the electrical panel inside the room emits a loud, annoying hum. It kept me awake the first night; by the second night, we had to remove the key card to stop the buzzing, which meant we couldn't charge our phones or anything else overnight. On top of that, the double room had twin beds without a topper, so it felt like sleeping in completely separate beds :(
On the bright side, the breakfast was good—classic style with both sweet and savory options, hot dishes, etc. No complaints there. The location is okay, just 5 minutes from the sea, although it’s not exactly a real beach (I’m not sure if you can swim there in the summer, but it didn't look like it now). It’s also very close to some of Paphos' main attractions. The staff was polite and helpful, though not very attentive to the requests I made during booking.
Not worth the price.
Great location, staff fantastic, Irina in particular was helpful and always happy to see customers, very clean place. Never had a problem with sun beds, food very tasty and generous. BUT, quite disappointed with the massive building works going on next door, cement mixing at 6.30am was not ok not when the partying at the Pitstop bar, (great place by the way) went on into early hours. Although air conditioning was able to drown out some of the noise on occasion. Female receptionist apathetic, "I'll check tomorrow if alternative available ". Avoid right hand side of building if you can for next year or so and front as thats right on main road which can be noisy.

Hotel is nice and centrally located. There is luxury apartments being built next door so there is a little construction noise and traffic to site but not all that bad. Rooms are clean and well presented and rear block has Fantastic sea views with front block lottery of either a pool view or main road views. Good service for restaurant meals and good food. Nice bar area street facing view. All in all a pleasant stay so far.
