Information

In the heart of the tourist area of Paphos, an apartment complex Princessa Vera finds itself in a quiet corner with a beautiful view of the crystal blue sea.

Princessa Vera provides a relaxing and refreshing environment with its light colours, green lawn, flower beds, and, most importantly, its friendly staff. The apartment building is an example of a contemporary hotel. It consists of a large hall and three different types of rooms. In addition, there are two swimming pools: a relaxing pool and a games pool. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at "Namos," while Harley's bar has an a la carte menu to suit any palate.

The hotel's convenient location in the city, on the main tourist street and close to public transportation, is one of its advantages. All of the important archaeological sites, such as the Tombs of the Kings, the Archaeological Park with the Mosaics House, the Catacombs of St. Solomon, and the Medieval Castle, are also within walking distance. Shopping enthusiasts can visit Paphos's Kings Avenue Mall, while younger visitors can visit the Aphrodite Waterpark.

Great location, staff fantastic, Irina in particular was helpful and always happy to see customers, very clean place. Never had a problem with sun beds, food very tasty and generous. BUT, quite disappointed with the massive building works going on next door, cement mixing at 6.30am was not ok not when the partying at the Pitstop bar, (great place by the way) went on into early hours. Although air conditioning was able to drown out some of the noise on occasion. Female receptionist apathetic, "I'll check tomorrow if alternative available ". Avoid right hand side of building if you can for next year or so and front as thats right on main road which can be noisy.

Great hotel spent 10 nights here, very good location to many restaurants, we had the basic room overlooking the pool (325) and couldn’t fault it apart from the AC we had to leave the patio door open of an night time as it was that hot even when we had the AC on , not many people using the AI option, we went B&B which suited us, we had a fridge, kettle and microwave in the room and plates and cutlery provided, breakfast was adequate plenty of choice. All in all a nice chilled hotel .

3* hotel good location within a 5 minute walk of the mall one side for cheap groceries and shopping, then the bus station the other side for links to the beaches, the harbour and aphrodites rock. The hotel was okay, our room wasn't perfect but we didn't expect this for the price we paid. Needed a deep clean and beds were never changed once during our week stay. Twice we had a request for our room to be cleaned and all that was done was the beds were made. We were a bottom floor apartment facing the sea which was fine, there was no noise from the busy road. The only issue we had was twice the electric tripped in our room, causing the air con and fridge to stop working. Service from the staff was fine but after staying in much nicer hotels on other Greek islands, the service and friendliness we felt in those other hotels was lacking here, again not a massive issue. We didn't eat here once so can't comment on the food, breakfast looked busy but dinner looked dead with no atmosphere. The sun bed situation was great, plenty to choose from throughout the day and never struggled once to get one, this was even when going out at multiple different times on different days. Once the pool area smelled like urine, not a fault of the hotel but just feel like the pool and area needed a deep clean, I never saw this happen once but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. If you're staying in this hotel, expect no thrills and a basic hotel but decent for what you pay. Good location and price compared to others which gives you the flexibility to eat out which I much prefer.

Hotel is nice and centrally located. There is luxury apartments being built next door so there is a little construction noise and traffic to site but not all that bad. Rooms are clean and well presented and rear block has Fantastic sea views with front block lottery of either a pool view or main road views. Good service for restaurant meals and good food. Nice bar area street facing view. All in all a pleasant stay so far.

I had an amazing stay at Princessa Vera Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed but professional, and everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated how well-kept everything was — you can tell they care about maintenance and cleanliness here. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, tasty, and with a great variety every morning. The pool area is also a great spot to unwind, with plenty of loungers and a really chill vibe. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach, the promenade, and a ton of great cafes and restaurants. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this hotel puts you right in the middle of it all. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I’d definitely come back!
