We've just returned from this lovely hotel which is a real gem in its class. It's a four star hotel but absolutely clean, well organized and excels in many ways. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Ildiko and Jázmin, who speaks Hungarian, too. Food was really delicious, especially the cakes and sweets, and salads. The pool was also great, however, for us the opening hour (10.00) was too late because of the high UV. The beach could have been better. It is very rocky but looks pretty. We would definitely return. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have just returned from an incredible 9 night stay at Atlantica Akteon, and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and professional, but three individuals truly made our holiday unforgettable: Manager Anis, Ulvi, and Roxana. As Muslims, we simply assumed the meat wouldn’t be halal, so for the first day, we stuck to the vegetarian options. On our second day, Anis kindly approached us after recognising that my wife wears a hijab. He introduced himself, took the time to speak with us, and reassured us that the chicken and beef served at the hotel were halal. That simple act of thoughtfulness immediately put our minds at ease. What impressed us even more was that he continued to check in with us throughout our stay, always making time for a friendly conversation and ensuring we were enjoying our holiday. His genuine care for guests is a credit to the hotel. Ulvi was equally exceptional. From the very beginning, he was warm, attentive and always greeted us with a smile. After Anis reassured us about the halal food, Ulvi went a step further by letting us know that whenever we fancied chicken, the chef could prepare it separately for us. Having our meals freshly prepared in this way was an unexpected and incredibly thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his kindness and professionalism were evident every single day. Roxana was simply outstanding. She welcomed us every day with a smile, was always cheerful, approachable and incredibly kind, and consistently made us feel comfortable and valued. Her positive energy was infectious, and every interaction with her added something special to our stay. She is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel and an absolute credit to the team. While every member of staff we encountered was fantastic, these three individuals genuinely elevated our experience. Their warmth, professionalism and personal touch transformed what was already a lovely holiday into a truly memorable one. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was excellent, and discovering that the chicken and beef were halal was an unexpected and greatly appreciated bonus, making our all-inclusive stay even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to Anis, Ulvi and Roxana, and to the entire team at Atlantica Akteon. You made us feel genuinely valued as guests, and we leave with wonderful memories. We would not hesitate to return and will happily recommend this hotel to family and friends.

My husband and I have just enjoyed two weeks at the Atlantica Akteon. Everywhere was absolutely spotless, in pristine order, the rooms were lovely, clean pool towels daily, clean, fresh bedsheets daily, free room safe. All the staff are so kind and welcoming, always smiling and helpful. The food was fabulous, the best we've ever enjoyed with great wine, procecco etc. We enjoyed a beautiful evening, dining on the terrace, listening to a violinist as the sun set.. heaven. Special shout to Vilena, Jasmine and Marina..three wonderful beautiful young ladies who made the holiday even more delightful. Thank you everyone for all your hard work. We will return 😄. I’ve just returned from a wonderful trip to Cyprus and, overall, I had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay, which made the holiday particularly enjoyable. That said, I did have to request a room change twice due to an ongoing ant problem in both sea-view rooms I was initially allocated. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing aspect of the trip, especially as I am not particularly comfortable with insects in an enclosed space. On a positive note, I enjoyed the food and appreciated the variety on offer, with a different cuisine featured each evening. The quality and choice of meals added greatly to the overall experience. Despite the room issues, I still had a great holiday and enjoyed my stay overall. I would like to thank the staff for their hospitality, and efforts during my visit. However, given that I was unable to properly use my room for approximately half of my stay due to the repeated room changes and ant problem, I do feel that greater consideration should have been given in terms of compensation or goodwill. While this did not overshadow the entire holiday, it was a significant inconvenience that I believe warranted a more substantial response. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would like to thank the team once again for their hard work and excellent customer service.

Our stay at Atlantica Akteon was absolutely fantastic. We received a very large and comfortable room with a separate bedroom. Everything was very clean, and the entire hotel was well maintained and taken care of. The pools were great — there were plenty of them, the water was always clean, and the atmosphere around the pool area was amazing. The sunbeds could have been a little more comfortable, but they were still perfectly fine. A huge plus goes to the pool bar and especially to the bartender Kumar — the drinks he served were top quality. The alcohol was good and not watered down like in many other hotels we have visited. The wine was also very tasty and strong. The food was excellent — every meal was delicious, varied, and fresh. Honestly, we have never enjoyed hotel food as much as we did at Atlantica Akteon. After spending a week at this hotel, we can say one thing for sure — we will definitely come back again without hesitation. We recommend it with all our hearts! The service and the entire staff deserve 5 stars!
