This holiday village has a lovely atmosphere and the staff and apartments are lovely, however the food is very poor for such a lovely place to stay. A lot of basic mass produced frozen food. It's the same salads every day, most of it rice or pasta with different frozen or tinned bits added. Very boring and bland. Breakfast is really the same everyday. Bacon is not bacon, powdered scrambled egg. I will say the bread is nice though 😁 The evening meal should be a special part of the holiday as well, its not. More like a canteen. Very very disappointed. The food definitely let's this lovely place down. 😒

We have just returned home and whilst we enjoyed some aspects of the holiday we would not return to Cyprus again. Hotel advertised on the TUI website as 4* but it would struggle to be a 3*. POOL & POOL AREA. - Much to small for the size of the hotel. Area not kept clean and far too many beds squashed closely together and appeared to be reserved all day although no-one generally appeared. Pool itself was split into two depths, the adult side being 1.70 metres deep so far too deep for the average height of swimmers therefore there was always an abundance of inflatables being used so swimming was impossible. Also may infants and you children being in this part of the pool which is very dangerous. Also lots of intoxicated adults just jumping and bombing into the pool with no regard for anyone. 'Lifeguards' did nothing much. People from other hotels visiting ALL INCLUSIVE guests and getting free drinks and food plus all pool facilities. ROOM FACILITIES. - We were half-board and whilst tea and coffee making facilities were advertised and available apart from the first day we had to buy our own. Also generally in a 4* hotel you would normally get, tissues, shower gel and shower cap etc provided but none of this was available. Again not up to 4* expectations and the price charged for the holiday. Beds made usually however room was not cleaned daily. Our room was more like a self contained flat with full kitchen, loud fridge and could have done with being refurbished entirely. Bedding was clean but old. Being in our 70's we were surprised to be in a room up a flight of 20 steps. Broken airer on balcony. BEACH. - This was a complete let down and not at all as described. It is very rocky, with very large stones and weed making it impossible to swim. Beach shoes are definitely needed to protect your feet on the narrow strip of 'sand' and in the bits of sea you can access. COST. - We were looking forward to our first trip to Cyprus however given the cost of our 10 day stay we felt cheated and will not be back again. On the plus side food in the restaurant was both varied and good.

I had the best experience here. The staff members are all super friendly and helpful. There is so much to do at this hotel - something for everyone. It has a mini market where you can buy necessities, a gym, tennis court, two swimming pools, multiple restaurants, free activities etc. The location is great (right on the beach) + it's super close to the city center and historical attractions. I felt really safe and comfortable during my stay, and I was sad to leave! 🩷🍹🏖

Great pool but can't get near it as towels never seem to leave sunbeds despite the management having notices stating towels will be removed if left unattended for longer than one hour. Restaurant is limited but adequate, some dishes are very good and some mediocre. However, this is my third day and decided to try breakfast at 9.15am as I wanted a coffee and not aware of anywhere else to get one. Queued to get in, Queued for the one coffee machine in there thought about getting something to eat but the queue was at least 40 deep and not moving, so gave up! There is a small stretch of sand with plenty of sunbeds on the grassy area adjacent but the sea is very rough, even dangerous and the sea bed is jagged rocks. Overall view is it's a nice complex but not geared up for the amount of people, the facilities just can't cope. Not going to talk much about the staff but one particular lady seems to make a point of interrogating us at least twice a night. Second night my wife and sat at the table whilst the the other 8 in the group went to check out the park, she was on us in minutes about the number of drinks on the table as we only had 3 occupa it's in our room, I had to explain that the others had their own rooms which she should know because we just had the same conversation an hour ago in the restaurant. Would I come here again, no, is it the worst hotel I have ever been in, no, is the area nice, yes but better places further along the coast. Paid £3.5k for two people as it's school holidays but here for a wedding. Is that price justified, no, complete rip off, went to mexico in September on a proper all inclusive for £1700.
