The club is dated (80's), still with the same furniture and crockery, microwave ovens, from when I first visited some 30 years ago. Swimming pool has green stains on the water line. Cracked tiles rust stains

Club Aphrodite needs care and updating. Beautiful pool and views from balcony but sadly the whole experience is depressing.
False marketing - the bar/restaurant is closed and has been for some time. Reception say it’s managed separately and they do not know if it will reopen.
As a result you feel like you’re staying in a shut down facility. It’s bleak.
The location is remote and isolated so you must bring things with you.
They do not have a fitness centre. It’s a small room with not many things. Very outdated and the sauna shut. Again, fake news.
I did not feel overly welcome from reception and instructions are very poor.
The room was spacious, but outdated, with outdated and poor facilities. Bed and pillows not the best. It’s all very basic.
You must drive! It’s so far from many things, so feels isolated.
They need to rescue the place and put some effort into making it pleasant and welcoming.
Battered and broken pavement all around the hotel. It’s an eyesore and unsafe.
The hotel has a nice pool and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Rooms are large and comfortable and have an interesting vintage style. Air condition works fine.
But, hotel is located in an isolated area, far from everything with the hotel’s restaurant not always open.

We had a big appartment (actually one living room with kitchen and a separate bedroom). It was very convenient, the kitchen was well equiped, the appartment was very clean, the big balcony was lovely and had a nice sea view. The pool was clean and had many sun beds. Parking space on site. Be aware that the reception desk closes after 16.00. Friendly staff. Many cats roaming the area. You will need a car to stay here because it’s in a residential area and therefore it is not close to shops or restaurants (apart from the on site restaurant).

Had a short stay here very relaxing stay. Nice and quiet round the pool. Very polite and friendly staff. Rooms spacious and clean although a bit dated air conditioned in main living areas. Car hire would be as advisable if you want to see sights.
