Location
Latchi as it is also known locally, is situated on the coast between Polis and the Cape of Akamas, a region steeped in mythology and rich in history.Latchi is a tranquil fishing village situated on the edge of the Akamas National Park which stretches for 3km along the coastline near Polis.
It is surrounded by lush green countryside and has several sandy beaches ideal for sunbathing and swimming. The beaches and clear, pristine water of Latchi also offer a variety of water sports. It is ideal for scuba diving and snorkelling, but there are opportunities to try water-skiing, surfing and windsurfing, jet-skiing, parasailing, sailing and fishing.
