The location is so awesome. Shopping, good restaurants all around. Service is excellent. A couple of the things that did not satisfy us we addressed to the front desk got covered immediately. The kitchen team and the bar attenders are so friendly and responsive. Special appreciation to Anetta,a person who really deserves to lead a team...ten out of ten.

My review of this hotel cannot begin without expressing admiration! The food is delicious, especially the Caesar salad, which was the best we've ever tried. This is truly an amazing place to relax, a real oasis where you can rest both body and soul. The hotel is thought out to the smallest details to ensure every guest feels comfortable. But what makes this place truly unique are Anetta and Georgi. These two people made our vacation truly unforgettable! I want to extend my deepest gratitude to them for their genuine hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism. From the very first day, they delighted us with their smiles and were always ready to help, answer any questions, and make our stay even more enjoyable. Without their attention and care, our stay at the hotel would Anetta and Georgi are true professionals who turned our vacation into a real pleasure. Thank you for making this holiday unforgettable. The hotel has an excellent location — bars, shops, and beaches are nearby, but the rooms remain quiet. The grounds are clean, and the rooms are comfortable: the shower, safe, soft mattresses, and air conditioning all work properly. This is definitely the hotel’s strong point. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The chefs bring out food in dirty clothes, which completely ruins the appetite. I recommend opting for breakfast only and having lunch and dinner at nearby restaurants. The dinner staff does not know basic etiquette: one particularly unpleasant incident occurred when a waitress picked up a fork from the floor and placed it back on the table. The waitstaff clearly expect tips, watching your every move. Half of the staff does not speak English, which complicates communication. Additionally, the bartender Johnny behaved inappropriately, making suggestive remarks, which is absolutely unacceptable. This hotel could be an ideal place to stay if it improved the quality of its service.
