Rio Gardens Apartments is very easily accessible to all the restaurants, pubs, shops. Its around 400m to main night life and just some metres away to the nearest beach of the city.

Quite and cosy place far from road noise but close to the sea side. My room was big and convenient with all necessary staff. Convenient bed and working air conditioning. It was nice to stay there, but sometimes my neighbors were a bit noisy at night.
The most impressive and positive memory left from Zhanet who has a big heart, always smiling and helpful. She is the soul of this place. Any question you have, she can sort out immediately and always with pleasure and positivity. Thanks for miracles which made you happen. 🙏

The cleaning lady stole money from the table, and no one is willing to help us. They didn’t even bother to fix small issues. The shower cabin was leaking, causing a flood, and the showerhead didn't work. Nothing is like it was shown in the pictures. The pool is disgusting, unusable, and no one swims in it.

Security was very chill, rooms are basic but it does the job janette was lovely. Air-con in the room is fine you don’t get ill from it.
5min walk from the nightlife 15 from the beach can’t complain

It's truly a beautiful hotel. We received a warm welcome. We had a small issue, but it was quickly resolved, and we were moved to another room. The staff is really kind. Thank you for the great hospitality; I will recommend it to my friends.

Great location and bright and modern rooms with lovely balconies! My one complaint would be that there's an issue of tiny ants living in the kitchenarea and the fact that the stovetop/hot plate didn't work in our room :(
