Rio Gardens Apartments is very easily accessible to all the restaurants, pubs, shops. Its around 400m to main night life and just some metres away to the nearest beach of the city.

The best hotel, staff are so lovely & helpful. felt like home in the hotel. will definitely be returning back. my room was lovely had a beautiful view of the pool & constantly treated with respect and staff are always smiling and happy. lovely people to be around

At the reception, they are very friendly and ready to help. They didn't refill it, so we ran out of toilet paper. The problem was with the shower water, whenever we came back from the beach there was no hot water so I had to take a cold shower and unfortunately I spent the vacation with a slight sinus infection. I would like to give them a second chance and hope that next time will be better.

I had an amazing 2-night stay at Rio Gardens! Everything was spotless, the room was super comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Ayia Napa, but still quiet at night. Honestly, for a short getaway, it was perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

5 Stars – So Grateful for Janet and Rio Napa
Moving can be stressful, but my experience at Rio Napa Apartments was the complete opposite—thanks in large part to Janet. From the first phone call, she was warm, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell she really cares about the people who live here, not just about filling units. She took the time to answer all my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and made me feel like I was already part of the community before I even moved in.
The apartments themselves are beautiful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The whole place has a peaceful vibe, and the location is super convenient. I’m honestly so glad I found this place. If you’re thinking about moving here, I highly recommend it—and if you get the chance to work with Janet, know you’re in great hands.

The first thing I’ll have to say is that the receptionist was incredible and the most amazing person, she truly made us feel right at home. Never let go of Janet! The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, not to mention the balcony with stunning views of trees all around. It created such a cool atmosphere. If you’re in Ayia Napa, this place is a must-stay. We’ll be definitely coming back. 💕✨
