Rio Gardens Apartments is very easily accessible to all the restaurants, pubs, shops. Its around 400m to main night life and just some metres away to the nearest beach of the city.

OMG!!! Rude and uncaring staff. Self-catering, but alas, no means to cook or prepare food. No plates, pots, pans, cups, glasses, etc. Didn’t feel safe at all during our stay. Bed bugs! This place should be condemned.

Run away!
We arrived on Wednesday night. We had to wake up the security guard in order to get our room, very disappointing. We were given a very unhygienic room (grease stains, mold in the showers, poorly cleaned hob, hair in the bed), and as soon as we arrived, we were annoyed. What's more, the neighbors next door party until 7 a.m. with no control from the night watchman (he's asleep, of course), what a shame!
Then one mishap follows another, ants in the dish drawers ("it's normal, it's because of the food" they say.) A fight breaks out in the night because of alcoholics, 0 security.
When we complain to reception, they tell us it's either we leave or we stay, and there's no commercial gesture. Where's the manager? Apparently impossible to reach when talking to staff.
I'm still waiting for my refund for the two nights when we couldn't sleep, as well as for the inconvenience and unsanitary conditions of the accommodation. We pay for vacations and relaxation, but it's been just the opposite.
My tourist friends, the photos are beautiful but nothing like the real thing. GET OUT!

Quite and cosy place far from road noise but close to the sea side. My room was big and convenient with all necessary staff. Convenient bed and working air conditioning. It was nice to stay there, but sometimes my neighbors were a bit noisy at night.
The most impressive and positive memory left from Zhanet who has a big heart, always smiling and helpful. She is the soul of this place. Any question you have, she can sort out immediately and always with pleasure and positivity. Thanks for miracles which made you happen. 🙏

Security was very chill, rooms are basic but it does the job janette was lovely. Air-con in the room is fine you don’t get ill from it.
5min walk from the nightlife 15 from the beach can’t complain

It's truly a beautiful hotel. We received a warm welcome. We had a small issue, but it was quickly resolved, and we were moved to another room. The staff is really kind. Thank you for the great hospitality; I will recommend it to my friends.
