Rio Gardens Apartments is very easily accessible to all the restaurants, pubs, shops. Its around 400m to main night life and just some metres away to the nearest beach of the city.

"We are delighted with the Rio Gardens Hotel! This is the second time we have stayed here with our wife, and we absolutely love it. The room is more like a small apartment with a stove and all the necessary utensils, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, with all the entertainment, restaurants, cafes, parks, and promenades within walking distance. Despite its proximity to busy areas, the hotel is quiet and peaceful, with no street noise. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and shops are also nearby. Special thanks to the receptionist Jeannette – she is a real magician! Any of our questions were solved instantly. It was especially valuable that she made arrangements in advance and found us a taxi for an early morning departure (7 am), which was very important. All two weeks at Rio Gardens were perfect!"

I stayed at this hotel a month ago and had a wonderful room with a panoramic view. It was perfectly clean and cozy! Now I'm back again and again in room 59. I thank the hotel management for allowing me to stay in this room again. I want to highlight the excellent work of the reception staff! They are always helpful, and everything is done very quickly and efficiently, always with a smile, and the reception staff is very friendly. Bravo!

Booked to stay Friday 15th - Monday 19th May 2026. I was in room 45 and have to say that I was very impressed with the quality of the room for the price paid, it had all that was required fridge, kettle, TV, Air Con and even a hairdryer. The reception staff the two ladies were a credit to the hotel, they were professional, courteous always pleased to see us always smiling and attentive, nothing was to much trouble for them, even allowing us to remain in the room free until we needed to go to the airport, so well done. The pool area was exceptional very clean and the pool was crystal clear. For me the only issue was the walk to and from the main area to and from the hotel which is on a steep hill so if like me you have motability issues you need to rent a car or similar. Over all though extremely impressed and would certainly return if staying in Ayia Napa.

The hotel is excellent, our room was clean and tidy, and the bed linen and towels were fresh and fragrant. The lady at the reception was very kind and extremely helpful; she let us into the room even though we arrived earlier. The kitchen has the necessary utensils and a kettle. We liked everything.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly helpful with everything we needed and always offered assistance with a smile.
The service was outstanding, and every detail was handled with care, which made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. We especially appreciate the honesty and transparency—there were no hidden charges, and everything was exactly as promised.
Thanks to the amazing team, we had a fantastic experience and felt genuinely taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a great stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!
