I had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, and I immediately felt comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and peaceful — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully managed. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and quiet environment.

Excellent Choice in Cyprus - Rio Gardens ​We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Rio Gardens! ​The staff is truly exceptionally kind and helpful – the real gem of this hotel. The hygiene is at the highest level, everything is spotlessly clean. ​The apartments are compact but perfectly functional and well-equipped for a comfortable holiday. ​Full recommendation! If you want a place with wonderful people and excellent cleanliness, you won't go wrong.

The hotel was fine overall , and the room was fairly nice however the hotel demanded a €100 deposit seperate from our holiday which would of been nice to have been told because we didn’t have cash and they demanded that or our passports?! so we had to walk with all suitcases and bags up and down hills to get money out at night , the room was very dirty the sheets were dirty, nicotine patches stuck to the ceiling, mould on the cutlery ( it was a self catering ) so we actually didn’t end up cooking in the hotel because the stuff provided was not suitable at all, the pool wasn’t cleaned the whole 4 days we were there and there was acrylic nails and plasters on the floor, as well as no lift ! the men did not offer to help carry our 6 suitcases up the 3 flights of stairs to our room, especially one of our friends who visibly has a brace on her knee ! 😂 There was one really friendly woman at reception and that was it !

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The location is quite convenient — not right in the very center, but still close enough to easily reach the main attractions. Overall, it is a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at your hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. They assisted me with all my requests promptly and with a friendly attitude, which made my stay very comfortable. I truly appreciate for the reception and the management because there were no unexpected or extra charges, and everything was exactly as promised when I booked. This level of transparency and honesty is rare and highly commendable.
