A wonderful hotel experience from start to finish because we were greeted with a big smile from the super kind and super professional receptionist Irina. Rooms very spatious, impeccably clean, air conditioned. Food really good and plentiful. Cleaning is done every day with new towels each day - really good work. Great value for money. Thank you!

The room we got on arrival was cleaned ages ago or never cleaned at all. Dust everywhere, floors full of someones hair and other stuff. Black footprints in the bathtub. The hairdryer sticky full of dirt. Black dirty towel in the wardrobe. Pillows with hair also. The sheetbed was black and with gravel on it :( sad I didnt’ take a photo of it! The tables sticky also never cleaned. Strange then why when we arrived it was said we have to wait until 14:00 the room will be cleaned if it wasnt even checked???! The towels were changed everyday but almost everytime one or two had stains from somenones makeup. Truly , I have never ever understood people who are taking photos of some kind of things like this on their holiday but when you get into the situation by yourself then you realise that is important to worn people what to expect and that the rating in booking for example is clearly not realistic. Talking about the included breakfast-very very poor. Everyday the same,little choice. We have spent 900 eur for a week and somebody could ask us what you expect for this value of money?! But we have had much better experiences before for the same amount of money so we can compare. The swimming pool area nice. The location- good. In the middle of the city heart. All in all, the hotel has things to improve!!!

It is one of the best budget hotels, we had two meals a day and I am very satisfied. The pool is clean, the hotel area is clean, the only rooms are old-fashioned but everything works perfectly. It is in the best location with a beach on one side and the main entertainment street on the other. The staff is friendly and attentive.

We spent a wonderful week at Euronapa Hotel Apartments with our family. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to the head chef and the kitchen team who prepared delicious breakfasts and excellent dinners every day. Thanks to them, every meal was a true pleasure. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Nice place with fresh rooms and good location. Close to the sea and lots of nice shops and restaurants but still not in the middle of the action, quiet and nice around the hotel, very clean basic hotel. Very nice big spacious apartments with very quiet and very efficient Air Condition. They were cleaned every day. You get a free safe in your room that is very easy to use. Bathrooms have a fixed to the wall hairdryer, and there are complimentary shampoos and other toiletries. We had 2 Televisions (a little bit outdated), one in the main room and one in the bedroom, and all the apartments have a balcony or terrace. Nice playground area for kids. A little bit limited car park spaces. No entertainment for guests at all even evening time. The breakfast is the same every day - typical continental selection. The dinners are varied, a different theme each night and it's very tasty for such a basic hotel buffet. Very friendly restaurant staff. The food ordered for lunch from Robinsons restaurant near swimming pool is very good quality. Very good FREE Wifi with very good signal around hotel. A little bit lack of security... no typical hotel bracelets, anybody could enter hotel premises. There is no physically gates which will forced people walk through the reception. Definitely they need to work on that. Definitely there is to easy access for locals in the weekend - a specially kids completely uncontrolled which invaded the swimming pool area, without worrying about guests... One poor young man who played Lifeguard role/waiter wasn't able to control them. In overall we would definitely recommend this hotel for families and couples, and we would happily stay hear again.
