Cosy, intimate, traditional and intentionally quiet are the words that best describe the family-run Kissos Hotel. This is the ideal choice for selective travellers.
Kissos Hotel has outdoor pools with sun loungers as well as a tennis court set in a well-kept garden. There are two restaurants and two bars to choose from. There is also an indoor pool.
All Kissos rooms are air-conditioned and open to a balcony with a pool or inland view. Each room has a TV with satellite channels as well as a hairdryer. Some rooms are constructed alongside the lagoon-shaped swimming pool.
The Semeli Restaurant serves a buffet breakfast and dinner. Guests can sample Greek and Cypriot delicacies at the open-air restaurant during lunch. Once a week, BBQ nights are organized, and exotic beverages and nibbles are served at the poolside bar.
A fitness centre, mini-golf, and a gigantic chess field are among the sport and leisure facilities. For younger visitors, there is a playground and a games room.
Kissos Hotel is located 2 minutes' walk from the Tomb of the Kings ancient monument and 300 meters from Paphos Beach. Restaurants, pubs, and stores are all within walking distance. Kings Avenue Mall is also a 10-minute walk away.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had an enjoyable experience, though there is room for improvement.
**Pros:**
- **Excellent Location:** The hotel is ideally situated, with a bus stop nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants around. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away.
- **Cleanliness:** The hotel is very clean and well-maintained.
- **Friendly Staff:** The staff is pleasant and provides excellent service. They also speak English, which was very helpful.
- **Good-sized Pool:** The pool is of a good size and quite sufficient for guests.
- **Activities:** The hotel offers mini golf, billiards, and table tennis for a small fee of a few euros.
- **Pool Bar:** The pool bar has a good variety and the prices are reasonable.
**Cons:**
- **No Pool Towels:** The hotel does not provide towels for the pool, so you need to bring your own.
- **Additional Charges:** The safe and fridge in the room come at an extra cost.
- **Weak Internet:** The Wi-Fi in the rooms is very weak and almost unusable.
- **Limited Breakfast:** The breakfast is quite basic and the same food is served every day with no variety or special treats.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there is definitely room for improvement.

Just back from two weeks here. A very clean & simple hotel in a good location. Staff were efficient and friendly. Built in 1984 so showing its age, needs updating, a good standard three star hotel. They were rather mean in that tea & coffee making was not available except at a cost, neither was a fridge. Hotel rules stated no reserving of sunbeds, yet all were reserved by 7.30am each morning and no attempt was made to discourage guests from doing this by staff. Remember to take your own pool towels, none are provided!

Decent enough hotel, located just off a busy thoroughfare, which itself has plenty of bars and restaurants.
Accommodation is clean, rooms are simple but good value.
Nice swimming pools.
One minus point worth noting was the food. To be honest, the evening set menu is pretty bland. Bear this in mind if you are half board.

Brilliant Hotel, room cleaning and service was very good. The buffet breakfast you was spoilt for choice. A pool for kids apart from a bigger pool. Bus stops are just outside the Hotel. I have booked again for next year.

Kissos Hotel is comprised of 112 well-appointed standard rooms with Sea Views, Pool Views, and Inland Views and the newly added 32 Superior Rooms larger in size, built along a freshwater lagoon swimming pool.
Double Rooms with 2 single beds
Double rooms with 2 single beds can accommodate two to three people. The 15 m2 hotel room consists of two single beds. The extra bed, if needed, is a camp bed. All hotel rooms have a balcony, private bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, internet (free), safe (paid) and small refrigerator (paid).
Double rooms for the disabled
The double rooms with 2 single beds for the disabled can accommodate up to 2 people. The 15 m2 hotel room consists of two single beds. The rooms have a balcony, private shower cubicle, shower seat, bathroom grab bars and 88 cm back doors. All hotel rooms have direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, internet (free), safe (paid) and small refrigerator (paid).
Family Rooms
Family rooms can accommodate three to four people. The hotel room is 20 square meters consisting of 3 or 4 single beds. All hotel rooms have a balcony, private bathroom, direct telephone line, hair dryer, satellite TV, radio, internet (free), safe (for a fee) and mini fridge (for a fee).
Superior Rooms

The restaurant serves a daily buffet breakfast. You can drink them anytime, from fresh food to hot food. A buffet dinner is also served here. The menus are based on international cuisine but have some influences from Mediterranean cuisine. Whether you dine with your family or friends, you can use a wide variety of crystal clear and warm dishes recommended by the chef every night.
"The roof"
This outdoor restaurant overlooking the central pool is an ideal place for lunch. Light buffet meals and snacks are served during the summer season. In this same restaurant, once a week you can celebrate the night in true Mediterranean style enjoying Cypriot BBQ and Greek tunes that will make your heart sing.
"The pool bar"
Time to relax with a cool drink in this lively yet relaxed atmosphere. At any time, day or night, the friendly staff will be happy to prepare your exotics for you to always serve with a smile. Snacks and coffees are also served here. The bar is open during the summer months.
"Cocktail Bar/ Snack Bar"
An excellent cocktail bar/cafe offering a light meal. Open during the winter season.

They have the right facilities to meet your requirements, regardless of the size and type of event you are planning. The conference space can be modified into a classroom, conference room and theater room. They can accommodate groups of up to 150 people theater style. They offer a screen, flipchart, pens/notebooks and internet.

The hotel has an outdoor main pool, a 'Lazy River' pool (part of the Lagoon pool), an indoor pool and an outdoor children's pool.
Sports and Recreational activities
The hotel provides a tennis court is at your disposal at any time of the day or night, a gym with sauna and steam room is available from 9:00 to 18:00, Giant Chess as well as a ping pong table is also available for for those of you who like a challenge, at the edge of the hotel you can find mini golf, diving lessons are available on request and a games room. It also offers French boules, billiards, darts and electronic game machines.
"Animation Program"
The animation program is available 6 days a week (from May to October). You can start your day with stretching or a water aerobics class to energize you. Another option would be to join the water polo match organized in the main pool.
