Information
Cosy, intimate, traditional and intentionally quiet are the words that best describe the family-run Kissos Hotel. This is the ideal choice for selective travellers.
Kissos Hotel has outdoor pools with sun loungers as well as a tennis court set in a well-kept garden. There are two restaurants and two bars to choose from. There is also an indoor pool.
All Kissos rooms are air-conditioned and open to a balcony with a pool or inland view. Each room has a TV with satellite channels as well as a hairdryer. Some rooms are constructed alongside the lagoon-shaped swimming pool.
The Semeli Restaurant serves a buffet breakfast and dinner. Guests can sample Greek and Cypriot delicacies at the open-air restaurant during lunch. Once a week, BBQ nights are organized, and exotic beverages and nibbles are served at the poolside bar.
A fitness centre, mini-golf, and a gigantic chess field are among the sport and leisure facilities. For younger visitors, there is a playground and a games room.
Kissos Hotel is located 2 minutes' walk from the Tomb of the Kings ancient monument and 300 meters from Paphos Beach. Restaurants, pubs, and stores are all within walking distance. Kings Avenue Mall is also a 10-minute walk away.

At first glance, the hotel looks great and the staff we encountered were polite. However, communication prior to arrival could be improved, as we received no reply regarding an early check-in (which turned out to be unavailable). On the positive side, we were allowed to leave our luggage and head straight to the pool area. The pool itself is large, well-maintained, and has a nice bar next to it, which was definitely the highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience with the room and dining was disappointing. The hotel is showing its age and would benefit from a deep clean. Upon arrival, we noticed stains on the bedding, and there was a noticeable issue with humidity and mold in the corners, likely because the room faced north and received no sunlight (meaning nothing would dry). Additionally, the reception does not provide socket adapters, so make sure to bring your own.
The biggest letdown, however, was the breakfast. The selection was extremely limited, and the presentation was unappealing. Due to the lack of proper food covers, there were flies around the buffet, which raised some hygiene concerns for us. It was discouraging enough that we decided to skip breakfast entirely on the second day.
Lastly, the location is a bit misleading. The beach is not as close as described, and you definitely need a car to get to the city center.
Overall, while the pool area was lovely, the lack of cleanliness and the poor breakfast quality mean I wouldn't really recommend this hotel.
Absolutely fantastic! Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews; lots of Ukrainian tourist, lots of Brits, incredibly clean, pools and lazy river immaculate. Breakfast is varied options and decent. walking distance to everything. 27 minute walk to Pervola-Karavella new modern bus station if you are heading to Limassol or Lanarca. Can board bus first there and not worry about a seat to board at other areas. Many ‘Irish’ pubs catering to mostly british tourist surrounding the hotel. Mcdonald’s in walking distance; a great almost Whole Foods type Ukrainian chain store across from hotel that has a microwave if you want to heat up their prepared meals. Front desk at hotel on arrival and on extension was incredibly friendly, understanding and super polite. Don’t hesitate to book. They also accept american express

The hotel needs some love, it wasn't very clean. The beds were made daily but that was it. Coffee and tea not provided daily despite us upgrading to superior rooms. The pool area was untidy and the indoor pool was locked and not heated. The hotel has so much potential if it was cared for.
Breakfast was adequate. Power went off regularly in one of our rooms, so advised not to use the kettle. Great location, really nice restaurants close by and a fantastic beach. The entertainment was dreadful, but it is early in the season. Not many staff around but it did look like they were training new recruits.

Good value for your money.
Staff are very friendly and the hotel is in good location, close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach and path along the coast.
Breakfast has plenty to choose from and is tasty.
Highly recommend.

Location was great for us and the hotel couldn't have done more. We got the wrong room on the first night and was moved by 9am the next day and given a fruit platter for the inconvenience, our new room was exactly what we booked, they actually have more going on than we realised with entertainment with tournaments, games room, free Yoga and free water aerobics, and singers most nights. The staff are phenomenal and so helpful and will chat away and get to know you and help you plan your trips etc it's a quiet hotel not a party scene but the bar is open til 12 and they have the best cocktails and pool side back ground music in the day

Double rooms with 2 single beds can accommodate two to three people. The 15 m2 hotel room consists of two single beds. The extra bed, if needed, is a camp bed. Double rooms for the disabled
The double rooms with 2 single beds for the disabled can accommodate up to 2 people. The 15 m2 hotel room consists of two single beds. This outdoor restaurant overlooking the central pool is an ideal place for lunch. Light buffet meals and snacks are served during the summer season. In this same restaurant, once a week you can celebrate the night in true Mediterranean style enjoying Cypriot BBQ and Greek tunes that will make your heart sing.

Time to relax with a cool drink in this lively yet relaxed atmosphere. At any time, day or night, the friendly staff will be happy to prepare your exotics for you to always serve with a smile. Snacks and coffees are also served here. The bar is open during the summer months.

They have the right facilities to meet your requirements, regardless of the size and type of event you are planning. The conference space can be modified into a classroom, conference room and theater room. They can accommodate groups of up to 150 people theater style.
