We are very happy with our 2 weeks here. Yes, the buildings are not in the best of state and having a car is a must, but the rooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped and the view is amazing. Also the swimming pool is very clean and we had a great time there.

A nice secret...the place was very quiet 5km out of paphos. Staff great pool and area clean and well kept. Rooms are clean, aged a bit but perfectly serviceable. The view over the bay especially at night are breathtaking. We thought it very good value.

AVOID. This hotel does NOT have an indoor pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, bars, or restaurant as advertised across most booking agents. According to the two members of staff that run this whole complex- they've been closed since beginning of COVID and never reopened. Our booking agent (lastminute) couldn't get an answer from them to confirm this to be the case, luckily I took pics of all the closed (yet advertised) areas, but are now looking to remove the hotel from their searches.

Great hotel stayed here for a week it was amazing experience only down side is it's located on a side so if u have a car it's great otherwise you have to use a taxi service as it's bit far to travel by walk to shops or anywhere else. Great staff great service nice and big swimming pool, we used it almost everyday different times nice and clean no smell or anything loads of sunbeds with umbrellas. A wee shop you can buy snacks etc

Overall not bad as it was very cheap, however it would be nice to have anything in the room like soap or 2 glasses. Also could be cleaner. Very nice view from the balcony tho

Very spacious 2 bedroom detached villa with panoramic sea views, garden, private pool and parking. Ground Floor modern spacious lounge / dining area with fully equipped kitchen, stylishly furnished with dining table, double sofa bed, TV, DVD player and guest cloakroom. The 1st Floor offers two spacious bedrooms 1 with double bed, the other bedroom has twin beds. Both have en-suite shower rooms.

Very spacious 3 bedroom detached single storey villa with panoramic sea views, garden, private pool and parking. Stylish open plan living / dining area with double sofa bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and accessorised and there is a guest cloakroom. There are 3 bedrooms, the master with double bed and en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and family bathroom with bath and shower.
