Best of all was location. But I was not satisfied with room cleaning was very bad service sometimes was not clean all or they do not give toilet paper towels change every 3 days officially but it is disaster receptionist have on basement next to reception towels and toilet paper maybe they know how lazy staff is there when customer will come tell complaint. Food was not good because cook Pakistan or Bangladesh staff main Chef is only formality cook they and food is not delicious Greek what is shame.... waiters are also sometimes slow but they work for minimal state salary also chefs... it is trend on south Cyprus. In room was disaster water weak pressure they clean wall shower but we were on 4th floor and woman's what I speak was on 3th floor had good pressure so I think pipes are full with water stone or something Balcony door falling out from plaster. It is old rubbish hotel with not good food... Also shower next to pool leak so weak disaster small toilet. Some changing room if you want change wet clothes to lunch is not exist it is shame . Hangers in rooms are not exists or hangers for wet clothes on Balcony not exists in hotel room in Turkish side is much more quality hotel and service. They have 3 kind of beer to choose but all are extremely sour i had acids during night from it also all inclusive local drinks is garbage I drink only cuba libre or ouzo special...it was drinkable.... But reality in south Cyprus is that 90% customer is British and they are satisfied with everything ...They are happy that evening can seat to bar and speak with their favorite barman ....yes old barman was old school and do good job and old British couples loves him and go there because is their yearly favorite Barman during night... But I saw one you tube video where was tested restaurants and in British is not good taste...so they are satisfied with restaurants....but Iam not British I know what is good delicious greek food or rubish....sorry...

I was not a resident of the hotel on my visit. However I just wanted to say thank you to the ladies for our lovely massages treatments this afternoon. We love Protaras and come often , and we always try to have a massage , so much so that the ladies remember us which is lovely ❤️. So once again many thanks and hope to see you again next year. Food is quite nice, location and parking is free. Besides that, i wouldn’t go again. Be careful when booking sea view, its side sea view, they advertise inland view, side sea view, sea view and front sea view, that all is not existing. Hotel has only side view and front sea view. Cleanliness is low, bed sheets are stained, towels are changed every couple of days, the extra beds you can see on the picture for the child of 9 years. For the price we paid you can do way better. Just not worth it.

Very good value hotel left pleased. Even though filled to the rim admirably they manage to do well except the lifts. Minor problems small flies round the salads and here and there. Food tasty watch the fat and certainly not directly from the tree.

This is a good 3 star hotel. The food was ok. All bar one of the staff were lovely in particular the cleaner and bar staff (pool and inside). My main criticism was that when we arrived at 2am we could not even buy a bottle of water! Also, we lost the whole days all inclusive and wasn’t allowed to use it on our last day In addition kept us waiting all week to tell us we couldn’t have a late check out - even though they knew they were full.
