Arrived 14th May at 23:00 hrs. Check in no problem, although no food was available.
Room 407, appeared OK, until looked around.
Stains on the bed sheets and pillow case .
Had to clean the sink and surface prior to using
Kettle on for a coffee, cup was brown with stains. Mugs bought next day, as cups were not changed.
There for a week, no bed sheets changed, towels changed only once, even though we asked reception.
Room was not cleaned properly.
Location of this hotel was lovely
Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. 😕 , due the un cleanliness of hotel.
Plus, no one should have to sit whilst having a meal and witness staff being shown up by one of the managers.

Staying in room 519, on arrival as we went into our room we found stains all over the pillow cases and bedding this was just after 1am which the receptionist took over an hour and half to walk my wife around the hotel looking for clean bedding and was unsuccessful. We slept on dirty bedding that night from 3:30am absolutely shattered from travelling from Sheffield to manchester airport to Larnica to Silversands at protaras.
Floor 2 stairs tipped forward which caused me to almost fall down marble stairs.
Restaurant music other night was on repeat a 20 second loop of something which drove me crazy and which I spoke to the staff member to tell him it's on a loop and he didn't even try to resolve the issue.
Cleaner lost her master key I found it hours later I know because I managed to open my friends room with it and this master key was left in our room giving me access to all rooms in the hotel which is a breach of security.
I worked for Hilton hotels and Best western I have hotel experience and believe me I have more to say on here especially from what other couples have told me one being trapped in the lift for 2hrs long!!! But I'm not saying anymore just book at your own will and I'm just happy I'm leaving soon.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights and only just came back in the early hours of this morning and I can honestly say my stay at this hotel with absolutely amazing. The location Absolutely spot on all the shops bars and Restaurants are right close by, the staff in the hotel are very friendly helpful And well coming. This hotel is right on the beachfront, so the views are absolutely stunning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m actually thinking of returning to the same hotel again. I’m a creature of habits and once I like a place, I normally return to it quite often.

Absolutely beautiful location, litrelly just a minutes walk onto the lush beach the best beach and water ive ever seen so far on any holiday, the water is crystal clear i couldnt belive it, Absolutely stunning beach and views from the room balcony, perfect location if you turn right outside the hotel and walk up your litrelly in the strip, all the bars,resturants etc, perfect.And there is aslo a path along the beach you can walk right round in the evening.Very nice location.The rooms are fine reminds me of a travel lodge but its just a room and your only sleeping there, get a sea view room as its lovley.Food was okay no taste really, and service is a bit slow for drinks when eating.Apart from that lovley.
