The staff are great,food very nice ,,,,the beer needs adjustment you just don't get a head,very flat,,,,for the price,,,,but overall iam coming back,,,ps they have a sunbed problem around the pool,,the guests keep putting towels on THINKING they own them ,,,that should be banned 😉

Perfect location and very good food every day. There are different cuisin for every dinner, also a good choice for breakfast. Rooms are nice and cozy, we could fit in a double room with a small child and an infant. May be the bathroom could be renovated. Staff are friendly. Amazing location right on the sandy beach.

The rooms need renovation and some parts of the hotel also need renovation.
Missing children's corner in the hotel. I can imagine changing the travel office room into a children's playroom (just a suggestion).
The staff was very nice and helpful during our 8 day holiday.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the accessibility to the beautiful beach and the bar in the hotel is really a short walk from the beach.
Close to the main promenade, so there is no problem with services/shops/bars/restaurants

Average (near below average) experience. Rooms and the whole building need refurbishment and maintenance. Old and not well maintained. Even though we ordered a double bed, we received two single beds, and only after we complained we got a double room. However, this change costs us in terms of noise as the other room was closer to the noisy part where the main road of Protaras with nightlife is. Tip: Get your earplugs with you.
3 out of 7 days that we stayed, the lift was not working properly, so we had to take the stairs for at least 4 floors.
Cleaning is not being properly done. They forgot to clean up our room one of the days, so we left without towels to shower. We asked 3 times to finally get a cleaner to our room.
There are not enough sunbeds to serve all guests. Narrow parking space, difficult to find a parking spot.
Food was quite good with plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner. Bartenders at the beach bar, especially Kostis, are excellent at preparing drinks and communicating with the tourists. The pricing of cocktails (around 4 €) was also good.
The location is excellent for someone who has or not a car as it is close to amenities, restaurants, bars, and direct access to the beach.

Rooms were well maintained and beautiful. The only bad thing was the fact that the room only had one outlet so we couldn’t really charge our devices at the same time so before coming make sure you pack an extender with you. Food was okay not very good quality and some had no taste at all. People at reception especially that old lady named Olga spoke almost no english and she had an attitude. Elevators were very old and they don’t work properly. Overall, Very nice experience and I really recommend it. Definitely will visit again because of the amazing convenient location!!
