Absolutely beautiful location, litrelly just a minutes walk onto the lush beach the best beach and water ive ever seen so far on any holiday, the water is crystal clear i couldnt belive it, Absolutely stunning beach and views from the room balcony, perfect location if you turn right outside the hotel and walk up your litrelly in the strip, all the bars,resturants etc, perfect.And there is aslo a path along the beach you can walk right round in the evening.Very nice location.The rooms are fine reminds me of a travel lodge but its just a room and your only sleeping there, get a sea view room as its lovley.Food was okay no taste really, and service is a bit slow for drinks when eating.Apart from that lovley.

Been here for a week, pleasant reception staff greeted us and checked us in, room was on the 5th floor with side sea view,
The 5th and 6th floors are fairly new so everything was fine. Bed good, bathroom good. All the meals were very good so was the drinks, we were all inclusive so that was a bonus, generally the hotel is fine it's a 3 star, could be improved a bit with a bit of maintenance but nothing to bad.
We had a great week here.

It's been 10 years since I've been there, and some areas are looking a little tired. Same curtains, same large sun beds etc... Could do with a lick of paint.
However, the service was brilliant and everywhere was clean. They catered for everyone, and prices were cheaper than expected. It was just a shame that a lot of areas needed refreshing. Otherwise, it would have been top marks all around.

We stayed at Silver Sands Hotel for 3 nights, and our reservation included breakfast and dinner. Although we enjoyed being in the area, our experience at the hotel was not nice.
The bedsheets were extremely thin and small, and could not be attached on the mattress. As a result, throughout the night the bedsheets were coming off, exposing the old mattress. The mattress and pillows were also of pretty bad quality, and we did not get a good night sleep.
The service was quite bad. Most of the reception staff seemed quite over it evey time we had a request. The housekeeping staff were smoking in their office and the smell of cigarettes could be found all over the rooms' corridor.
The breakfast was mediocre, with most ingredients being of poor and not fresh quality. The dinner was bad as the food was not fresh and the ingredients were unfortunately of poor quality.
The cleanliness of the hotel was also not great with the dining area being very smelly as you were exiting the lift. The two lifts that are available were in pretty bad condition, and extremely busy at all times.
On the positive side, the location was really good and the view from our bedroom was facing the beach.
