The worst experience i ever had. We arrived at the hotel at 14:00 (check in time) and our room was not clean!!! They told us that we came early!!! No communication between reception and cleaners. Very bad vibe from the cleaners like they were bored doing their work. There were stains on the bedding, and the bathroom was filthy with mold in the shower and grime in the corners. About the breakfast, seems that the place they serve the breakfast they didnt clean it as there were flies!!! Not recommended at all

This is a below average hotel with most of the facilities being old and wear.
The room given and most of the public areas are dirty, especially the toilets. In our room there was a urine smell and the waste basket lid was broken. The room in general was not clean with hairs and stains in most of the room areas.
Customer service is lacking from the reception to the guys in the bar who think they are there to have a good time rather than serving the guests. I waited for 15 minutes to get 3 ice creams for my kids because the guy in bar was speaking with his mates rather than serving a hotel guest.
You pay for the location but what you get is not worthy, better seek alternative options.
This hotel needs a major overhaul in all areas and the price paid is not justified for what you get.

Super location which literally backs onto the beach. Breakfast is lovely and staff are very quick to fulfil any requests you have (extra pillows/towels). Our only issue was the pool having short opening times but otherwise great.
The hotel was an amazing location, located right next to fig tree, the room was nice and modern and quite clean. Most notable mention is the bartender that works in the bar in the lobby called Makis, best bartender we’ve ever had very funny makes great drinks and very good to chat to. Only issue we had was that the cleaners weren’t the best. Through they didn’t change the bedding once which was very strange. Other than that the staff are all very nice and also very helpful. We were here during the Euros final and they don’t usually put the tv on for football but they were very accommodating and tried there best to get it up which they eventually did. Just back from a 2 week stay. We had a good experience here. The room was cleaned everyday. The food was good we stay Half-board my wife is vegetarian & always found food to eat. We never went hungry. The hotel is right on the beach. So you can dip in & out of the sea which is so clear. The only negative we had was people who weren't staying at the hotel used the sun-loungers. 1 minute walk to the main strip at night. Would I recommend this hotel...Yes.
