Decent hotel in an amazing location. Yes, the rooms are a little bit tired but it's fine as there's so much to do inside and outside the hotel. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The bar man at the top bar is fantastic! Hopefully we'll return next year.

Misrepresented room, towel service that doesn’t work, and a USED towel left out as “fresh.” Avoid.
Booked a “Standard Side Sea View” room for a family of three (with a 4-year-old) and got something that looks nothing like the photos on the hotel’s own website. The room is tiny — so cramped we were practically sleeping on top of each other. To make space, staff shoved a side table into the bathroom under the sink, so the bathroom door won’t even close properly. When we asked at reception to move or to pay for an upgrade, we were flatly told “all the rooms are the same.” That’s simply not true — guests on the upper floors have far better rooms, and the website photos prove it.
Housekeeping is a daily failure. For three straight days we were left with one towel or none at all, forcing us back to reception every single time to wait around an hour for towels that should already be in the room. Every time: “it’s a housekeeping issue, we noted it.” And every time it happened again.
Then it got genuinely disturbing. We came back from the beach to a “cleaned” room with a single towel laid out by the sink as if fresh. It was visibly dirty and smelled — clearly unwashed. A used towel, presented as clean, for a family with a small child to use. That is a serious hygiene problem, full stop. I reported it and asked for the manager; all I got back was that he’s “aware of the housekeeping issue and handling it.” That means nothing.
For a hotel that markets itself as 3-star, this is unacceptable. We’ve documented everything in writing and with photos. Save yourself the stress — there are far better options in Protaras.

I wouldn't know as prior to arriving in cyprus I was not let know that this establishment was closed. . . I do understand understand the current climate why it would be, but to have been kept up to date would have been nice. The new hotel that was arranged was also beautiful and a short distance away. Lovely area, and lovely people. It was a very humbling experience being around these lovely people and their lovely culture would recommend anyone to come here. Just keep in contact with your travel agency's if you don't book around more popular dates in the year as places will be closed as it costs more to stay open and that's understandable.

Beautifully positioned hotel with a stunning beach view. Clean room, comfortable bed, and decent toiletries. Extremely warm and friendly staff, especially Mikela at the reception, extra hug for her! 🤗 She really made the stay special.
We have nothing specific to complain about, only some furniture looks a bit worn.

The location of the hotel was amazing it’s right on the beach which is full of water sports for you to try out. However the food was appalling I’m not a fussy eater but this challenged me a lot of it looked like slop. The Mexican night was amazing though. The entertainment is little to none. Just a violin at dinner nothing that gets people socializing which we found disappointing. The restaurant is right next to the pool when I went to get my lunch I was in a bikini top and told to go and put a top on, I could understand for breakfast and dinner but theme everyone is chilling by the pool all day I felt this was unnecessary and felt a little embarrassing. None of the staff were that polite nor the receptionists . Massive shout out to the guy who runs the bar in the evening he was very friendly and made an effort to have chats with us. We still had an amazing holiday and would recommend this to people who want a very relaxed low budget time away .
