The reception did not know about the breakfast at room. The architecture is terrible with too many stairs without lift. I would not recommend it. The photo is offered as breakfast. The waiter was ok but not at all trained.
We stayed at the hotel for a conference and have only good things to report: helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. The location is also convenient. Recommended.

Really lovely town hotel. Rooms sparkling clean and efficient air-conditioning which you need in Nicosia. Breakfast is varied and nicely presented. Perfect location for exploring the old town - I am not keen on the look and feel of the new town. Rated three stars for service because every time I visit there is an issue getting the key card for the room to work.

I stayed at the hotel during a conference at Frederick University in Nicosia. The room was not spacious but sufficient and clean. Staff provided excellent service at any time and was friendly and helpful. The small but very convenient gym on the top floor with a nice view is an extra asset. The great location close to resp. in the Old Town is a great plus as all central venues were in a kind of walking distance. Even the university was just a 40 min walk or
