The Dome Beach Hotel & Resort is ideally situated on the golden sands of Nissi Bay, on Makronissos Beach, west of Ayia Napa, in a quiet setting, set amid well landscaped, gardens.
It is rested between a peninsula of 19 rock-cut archaeological tombs dated back to 1872, directly on two superb bays & natural golden fine sandy beaches.
Combining a high quality of service with warm, friendly Cypriot hospitality, the hotel is well suited to holidaymakers of all ages and is most popular with families, due to the wide range of sports and entertainment on offer. The nearest shops and taverns are a short 600-meter stroll from the hotel. This impressive hotel offers a choice of accommodation with standard rooms and various suite types with spacious interiors offering all necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay.
The hotel offers a relaxing, comfortable, fun-packed, unique, luxury and "happiness included" complete beach holiday. On the hotel premises, one may also find a luxurious Spa & wellness centre as well as a Kids Club and a separate pool for families with a mini Waterpark for children.
There is a seating area in certain rooms where one may unwind. With a view of the sea or pool, enjoy a cup of tea. Every room has its own bathroom. There is a flat-screen TV in the room.
The resort has a front desk that is open 24 hours a day. There is a private beach area at this resort, and bike and car rentals are offered.

All inclusive family holiday we had been looking frwd to for over 6months 19 members travelling. Upon arrival at Dome very unorganised very disappointing. Although staff very helpful they were displaced with us arriving. We would have preferred to be together but they said unable to accommodate this considering we were 1st to arrive ?
Rooms dated pillows lumpy bathrooms taps n showers rusty. We had cocroches and ant in our rooms. Very stressful and not expected especially when we went all inclusive. Food unorganised no choice for first 3 days. Had to order or eat out !!!
Cannot fault staff very accommodating but could only do what they could within there means. Overall very expensive holiday which did not meet expectations for price paid. Very disappointed with Jet2 and Dome beach hotel.
It's a beachside hotel that covers everything you need for a simple but good vacation. Be ready to pay a refundable deposit for beach towels, 10 eur per towel. Try to be friends with Maria, she is hotels eyes and ears 👀👂👂 and multilingual Juan is the one who organizes activities and In the evening turns into dj, always smiling 😎 then there's Daniela who can a lot about the city and also nice.. if you need a company these three are good ones. Then there's a funny bartender in the bar next to the main restaurant, very talkative and joking, he actually lived in Sweden for a while och kan svenska 🥂
We had All inclusive package which is worth to upgrade to.

Can't fault the hospitality received from Maria, Reena and Nikos. Made a party of 19 (which is quite a feat and challenging, to say the least!) They collectively made us feel welcome and pulled out all the stops to make my Ma's 80th very special. I feedback with minimum criticism but positive feedback; the rooms could be updated and perhaps have some infestation treatment. One of our rooms had cockroaches and the other riddled with ants despite efforts from Maintenance. A little disappointed that even though the hotel wasn't full capacity and we were the first guests of the season they could not offer a room change for a young family in this room. Talking of first guests of the season and we had paid full whack for the all inclusive packages (circa £20k) for a week we did not get the package as promised, it was a chaotic first 3 days with hardly any food or services options, this i will direct at Jet2 who were not helpful with any of it! Don't book your holiday with Jet2. I am seasoned traveller and never again with Jet2. Thank you Dome Beach for doing the best you could, especially Maria, Nikos & Reena. Wishing you lots of success! The hotel is very well located and the meals are excellent and they offer a gastronomic variety. The staff is very friendly, especially Juan, the muscular guy from the animation, he is very friendly and his enthusiasm is impressive. Maria is also great and she is there ready to help the guests and take good care. The only less positive side is the bus stop which is a little far from the hotel. Overall it was a great experience.

Review of Dome Beach Resort, Ayia Napa:
Positives:
1. The beach at Dome Beach Resort is unparalleled – with its golden sands and clear waters, it's ideal for swimming, free of any pebbles or stones. The cleanliness and safety, especially for children, are commendable.
2. The staff here are the epitome of hospitality, always wearing welcoming smiles and genuinely interested in ensuring guests have a pleasant stay.
3. While the initial à la carte menu during the early days of the season was hit and miss, the transition to the buffet was seamless, offering a variety of delicious options.
Negatives:
1. The operating hours of the gym and spa, from 10 am to 6 pm, may not suit early risers or night owls, limiting access for some guests.
2. Although understandable during the gradual opening period, the initial issues with air conditioning, while resolved by day three, were an inconvenience.
3. The lack of entertainment during the early stages of April could disappoint guests seeking evening activities, though this may change as the resort fully opens up.
