The Dome Beach Hotel & Resort is ideally situated on the golden sands of Nissi Bay, on Makronissos Beach, west of Ayia Napa, in a quiet setting, set amid well landscaped, gardens.

The nearest shops and taverns are a short 600-meter stroll from the hotel. The hotel offers a relaxing, comfortable, fun-packed, unique, luxury and "happiness included" complete beach holiday. On the hotel premises, one may also find a luxurious Spa & wellness centre as well as a Kids Club and a separate pool for families with a mini Waterpark for children.

This hotel needs updating, the chairs and sofas in the reception area are all dirty and stained. We were given an a joining room and could here the other family constantly. The AI is really not worth it from a good point of view, it was disgusting we struggled to find food to eat for lunch and evening if your a vegetarian you will be hungry as their selection is very poor, breakfast was ok. The drinks are great and what we survived on, although requesting a drink from most bartenders was like your disturbing them. The staff are rude and act as though your an uninvited guest in their homes they need some training in good customer service . On one occasion going into the restaurant for dinner every single member of staff we passed said hello and smiled I couldn’t believe it, it turned out head office/management were at the hotel by the next day it had gone back to normal. The beaches are lovely but the hotel is horrible I would not recommend please believe the poor reviews, I wish I did.

Just arrived to be shown to a "superior" room what a joke how anyone can say this great is beyond me. Asking reception for a move she states "you got the room you booked " so very rude.
She also stated that they are all the same so how does that work when more money is required. After struggling through chemo and covid this is first holiday in 3 years it's diabolical never worth 2 stars let alone 4

This hotel is a joke! I couldn’t believe the others bad reviews at first and booked, big mistake! The only thing that saved my holidays was the location! The all inclusive food (buffet) and drinks are horrible. This is a bad 1 star hotel sorry… i tried to stay positive but it isn’t possible. It is never worth the money you will pay for! I am not a delicate person but i don’t know if you can make it worser than that.. not even the plates and cups from the buffet are clean! I could write here an entire book only from 4 nights there. Really the only thing good is the location next to the beach. For the rest i would not even stay for free there next time. They give you anyway the feeling that you are disturbing them where ever you go in this hotel. Absolutely not to recommend

We stayed here last month having been moved twice due to accommodation not being open at time of stay. In all honesty we could not fault the hotel or it’s facilities despite not all of them being open. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with extra seating in a lounge type area. The bathroom was excellent as were the toiletries supplied. The food was of excellent quality and choice and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. A huge shout out to Maria, from the dining room for looking after the complexes cats so well. For what we paid for our initial holiday we could not have asked for more.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful beaches, very clean.
I was all inclusive and there was a good range of food and drinks! Pools were cold due to the time of year but didn't stop my little one going in!
Nice kiddies pool!
Local bus stops if you want to get out and explore.
The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and offered a great service.
I will definitely be going back!
