It is rested between a peninsula of 19 rock-cut archaeological tombs dated back to 1872, directly on two superb bays & natural golden fine sandy beaches.
Combining a high quality of service with warm, friendly Cypriot hospitality, the hotel is well suited to holidaymakers of all ages and is most popular with families, due to the wide range of sports and entertainment on offer. The nearest shops and taverns are a short 600-meter stroll from the hotel. This impressive hotel offers a choice of accommodation with standard rooms and various suite types with spacious interiors offering all necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay.
The hotel offers a relaxing, comfortable, fun-packed, unique, luxury and "happiness included" complete beach holiday. On the hotel premises, one may also find a luxurious Spa & wellness centre as well as a Kids Club and a separate pool for families with a mini Waterpark for children.
There is a seating area in certain rooms where one may unwind. With a view of the sea or pool, enjoy a cup of tea. Every room has its own bathroom. There is a flat-screen TV in the room.
The resort has a front desk that is open 24 hours a day. There is a private beach area at this resort, and bike and car rentals are offered.

⭐ Honest Review of DOM Hotel Beach, Cyprus – A Cautionary Tale
I rarely leave detailed reviews, but this experience absolutely demands one – mostly because I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did.
From the moment I arrived at DOM Hotel Beach, I was struck by the arrogance and dismissiveness of the front desk staff. Instead of being welcomed, I was met with cold stares and unhelpful attitudes. When I raised concerns about the room, I was brushed off with vague reassurances – only when I stood my ground and insisted firmly did they offer a room change. Polite conversation got me nowhere; only after a heated discussion did I see action. And it became clear I wasn’t the first to push for better treatment.
As for the room:
• The sheets and towels were stained and clearly not properly washed. I actually questioned whether the room had been cleaned at all.
• You have to pay for water, or you’re expected to drink from the bathroom tap. For a hotel by the beach, that’s unacceptable.
• The food was mostly frozen and reheated, lacking any sort of freshness or variety.
• You’re charged a deposit for beach towels, which is petty considering the overall quality.
• The entertainment is non-existent – no events, no vibe, nothing to make guests feel engaged.
• The building itself looks like an outdated student dormitory: old, depressing, worn down, with dirt and neglect visible throughout.
What completely ruined it for me was discovering a large cockroach in the room. And no, this wasn’t the typical flying roach common in Cyprus (as the reception tried to claim) – it was the kind you’d see in any neglected building back home. The worst part? It became obvious the staff were fully aware of the issue, yet do nothing meaningful to prevent it. That’s a major red flag.
The only reason this place is getting a single star from me is for the other hotel staff – housekeeping and restaurant workers – who were at least kind and tried their best within the limits they had. Unfortunately, kindness can’t make up for filth and management that simply doesn’t care.
This hotel is the very definition of “painted fence on the outside, disaster within.” It might look passable in a few photos, but the reality is far from what you’d expect even at a budget-level facility.
This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve had – not just in Cyprus, but anywhere. I promised myself I’d leave this review so others could avoid wasting their holiday here. Be cautious and selective when choosing where to stay. This place is not worth your money, time, or patience.

We had our wedding at the Dome Beach hotel in May. They organised everything, so there was no stress. The day was absolutely perfect, the setting was amazing and staff were fantastic. A big shout out to Maria who was always friendly and helped with anything we needed. Also our wedding planner Irene, who sorted everything out for our big day.
Would definitely recommend for a wedding or holiday

Stayed 11 nights all inclusive, food , service , staff, and facilities are great. 2 lovely beaches both next to hotel , great for weddings which we saw a number of, but main thing is how friendly the staff are ,overseen by Maria. Booked for same time next yr , can't fault it loved our holiday

I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I’ve left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus, near by beaches etc.The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning.

We had the best week… Staff and management were amazing . Nothing was too much trouble so friendly towards our two children. The entertainment was super for the children ( well done girls ) DJ Jon was fabulous got everyone dancing 🤣 . Would recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning. Well done to all the staff you do the best job and thankyou for making our holiday fun .
