Friendly staff, very good service, very clean. I would visit again.

We only stayed one night in this hotel due to our Jet 2 flight being cancelled them rescheduled for the following day. We arrived very early in the morning at approximately 2.00am. The night staff were very pleasant & accomodating considering they had to accomodate so many people all arriving at the same time by coach. They soon had us all accommodated & our room was ground floor, set in apartment blocks within a garden setting. The room was large clean & had air con. There was a bottle of water in the fridge & tea & coffee facilities. The bed was large & the bedding was cotton & clean & there were additional pillows & duvets in the wardrobe. There was also soap ,shampoo ,toothbrushes & paste etc which was great given we had arrived as emergency accommodation. The next morning, we had access to a buffet breakfast on a clean & airy restraunt. There was a variety of food to suit most pallets. Ww could use all the facilities & a snack bar was made available to us for lunch . The management & staff were helpful & wished us all an onward safe journey. The hotel is in a good location close yo shops ,bars & restaurants. The hotel is sea facing, it has a small water park ,grassed areas & there us the ability to walk out on the hotel straight onto the beach.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our flight was cancelled so Jet2 “kindly” put us up in this hotel for a night. The food was disgusting. I wasn’t going to write a review but the general managers behaviour and attitude was appalling so I feel it’s deserved. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom as it wouldn’t point into the bath, so just leaked everywhere. When we arrived there was only one person on check in so it took hours to check us all in. Yes 150 of us checked in late but they would have had warning so I don’t understand why they didn’t have more staff on the desk to speed up the process. The general manager needs to change his attitude as the way he was speaking to guests was vile. He deliberately kept the evening buffet closed until we were leaving as he didn’t want us to eat, even though we had all inclusive bands… he only opened as guests complained and made a big fuss of it. Jet2 reps didn’t care and said nothing even though people were complaining to them. I asked him why he isn’t opening it as people might want to grab some fruit of something to bring on the bus to the airport with them, and he grunted at me and walked off. Not very professional. Also I found it every strange that very young people were working late at night carrying our bags to our room. They had no uniform on and just looked like guests?! It was very odd. The positives The slides and pool were good. The view was nice overlooking the sea

Don't book hear holiday from hell fooddisgrace if you like reheated food.... Pool food cold especially hotdogs bite into them sausage cold..... Staff rude... Staff arguing you hear it.......moved us 3 times in 3 days as room awful... Then get told if we move you into luxury suit will you give us a 5 star review... Don't think so you don't even deserve 1 star it that bad.... Cos we complained staff made out there your friend.... But you no they talking about you... Got told we was getting wine and basket of fruit...still waiting..there was about 20 of us at hotel.. that says it all... Astel even asked me not to give a bad review as she knew they treated us like rubbish.... We paided a lot of money to come to this awful place... All 3 of us got ill why staying there.. so don't go by pictures you see when you book as it's nought like it... Very unhappy had HOLIDAY FROM HELL

During our five-day stay at Aqua Sol, we observed several areas for improvement. While the hotel's recent renovation is commendable, there were a few issues in our room that could have been addressed prior to our arrival. The food and services provided were of exceptional quality, and the staff demonstrated remarkable friendliness and helpfulness. We would like to propose a few suggestions for management's consideration. Firstly, it would be beneficial to implement a thorough room inspection process to ensure that all amenities are in working condition before guests check in. Additionally, we recommend extending the pool's operating hours to accommodate early morning swimmers, rather than restricting usage to after 8:00 AM. By implementing these suggestions, Aqua Sol can further enhance the guest experience and maintain its reputation for excellence.
