Very nice pool with lots of people. Nice hotel. Good staff. Didn't have any problems with the staff. Helpful. Have read some reviews about staff, but maybe if you act like a russian you get treated like a russian? I had an food intolerance and I think the kitchen staff was helpful and professional. That seems to know about most of the allergies and every dinner I had a chef that helped me and guided me what food I could eat or not. There is a big variety of food which my pictures show. 🍞🧀🍔🍛🍮🍰When I was there (July-august 2025) they didn't only had continental breakfast but English breakfast. Bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans, cheese, yoghurt and so on. Pictures will show. Look at my pictures and understand that I show BOTH dinner/lunch and breakfast pictures. It's a three star hotel and I don't think it will reach four stars but 3+. Overall it's not bad. Good supermarket with good prices and good staff about 500 meters away. Not the very first but the second that come on the corner. Good beach walking distance 1 km away. Take left and walk about 500 meters, then straight down about 500 meters. Good sand beach there. I will not focus on bad things in my review because I don't want to give away bad vibes but focus on plus. One negative thing though is the TV which didn't have much international channels. Overall, the stay was okay, but a few things really brought down the experience. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming, which was disappointing. Even worse, we found trash left in the closet from previous guests – clearly a sign of poor cleaning. Aside from that, the room was decent and everything else was fine, but I expected better.

We stayed at 0 floor where the pool is. There is a lot of himidity in the room, that makes the floor always wet and even the toilet paper! Better to stay in higher floors. Every time we got in or out of the room there was a sound beeeep for a few seconds, I don't know what was wrong. Also my hair stuck in the hair dryer and we had to cut my hair. Anyways, the price is good for the location. Breakfast is also good.

We stayed at Eleana hotel and I don’t understand how it’s a 3 star! The staff were lovely especially Yannick & his bar team! They were so friendly and I couldn’t recommend it more. The team were lovely the room was amazing and the pool was warm! But Yannick especially is the reason I’m leaving this 5 star review!

My stay at Eleana Hotel was largely positive. We checked in at night and were greeted by an extremely lovely and helpful receptionist. The room was comfortable, although the shower initially had low pressure. Once reported, an engineer promptly fixed it. There were a few minor issues in the bathroom, but we felt confident they would have been addressed just as quickly. The TV also didn’t work at first, but it was fixed without any hassle. The restaurant food was lovely, and the restaurant staff were extremely kind and attentive, making our dining experience delightful. The only real issue we encountered was at checkout, where the receptionists forgot to refund our €5 deposit for each room key. However, after contacting them, they refunded me a month later. Overall, we had a good experience, thanks to the friendly staff and responsive service.
