Hotel staff didn’t understand English very well there is one bar staff with very long hair who hates making mojitos and was very rude when we asked for some (we were all inclusive) I’ve never been to a hotel where after you check out the all inclusive stops and we did not pay for the dinner when we stopped. We didn’t get fresh towels and at one point we had 1 towel for 2 of us. When we arrived we immediately got asked to pay for some flowers for the room by the night manager which we didn’t want.

Had a brilliant time! Lovely hotel and would suggest it to anyone! The staff are amazing! Room was perfect for what we needed, 10 minute walk to the strip with some nice bars along the way. The all inclusive is brilliant!

I hate to give it 3 stars, but unfortunately that was the overall quality of our stay. Hotel itself is GREAT, clean, cozy, good staff, okay breakfast, great location. But it seems like there is absolutely NO SOUNDPROOFING. You hear everything from the rooms next door and corridors. Room next to us played very loud music with hard basses until 11-ish p.m. and then woke us up around 5 a.m. (coming back from party). The same noise was coming from other floors. We complained at the reception, I guess they talked to them, cause they stopped for one night and then continued. There was so many young people (looked almost like teenagers) who were extremely loud, drinking, singing and yelling on their balconies and because of the shape of the hotel its like they are yelling on your own balcony. The door slamming was horrible, the sound is so loud that wakes you up (I'm sure this can change, by installing some "door stoopers/slowers"), but of course its also up to disrespectful people who don't mind anyone else. Bottom line I know that a hotel can't choose the guests and their behavior, but there must be something one can do to control them and let the other guests (who didn't come to Ayia Napa to get drunk every night) to enjoy their holidays. I'm sorry to leave a not so good review to a good hotel, but it's the fact that these problems made a part of our stay there unpleasant and annoying.

One of the best value hotels I’ve stayed in! Rooms are quite modern with great A/C. They are also thoroughly cleaned every day. Pool area is quite nice. Sometimes quite full though. All inclusive food was surprisingly good. Of course nothing gourmet but really eatable. Also bars were great with unbelievably friendly service! Location is also really good. Near the strip but not to close. It is really peaceful during nighttime. Also the beach is close.
