Mare Ayia Napa has a private swimming pool and gardens that continue to the sandy, blue-flag beach, which is located between cosmopolitan Ayia Napa and Cape Cavo Greco park.

Mare is absolutely incredible. From the moment you arrive everything feels effortless and welcoming. The spa is amazing I had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced, so relaxing and done with real attention to detail. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every single morning, with plenty of variety. The private pools make the stay feel so special, and the rooms are modern, spacious and spotless. What really makes this place unforgettable is the staff warm, professional and always ready to help with a smile. Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
To start with the positives: the hotel itself is new, beautifully designed, well-maintained, and offers plenty of public spaces, restaurants, pools, and overall good facilities. The common areas are definitely impressive.
However, the problems with our stay were overwhelming. We were given a room directly facing the water park, playground, and the evening entertainment area. With two small children, the constant noise made it impossible for them to rest in the evenings. On top of that, the room itself was poorly maintained:
The main door did not close properly.
The safe did not work.
The bathroom faucet was completely loose.
An exposed electrical switch with hanging wires posed a clear safety hazard.
There was no privacy, as the balconies were all connected to each other.
We immediately reported these issues to reception and asked to move to another room. Not only were we told to “wait for reservations to get back to them,” but we were also quoted an absurd price of €275 extra per night for a room with a shared pool—while the actual difference on their website was only about €200 for the entire stay. No explanation was given.
For days we kept following up with reception, but each time we were told they were still “waiting for reservations.” No one ever proactively contacted us, despite promises of updates and even “letters” left at our door that never appeared. When we asked to speak with a manager, we found several other families waiting with the exact same complaint about their rooms. The manager listened, said he would “check,” and never followed up.
On day four we found online that the hotel still had available rooms in the category we wanted. When we showed this to reception, their answer was shocking: “If you want that room, make a new booking yourself.” At that point it became clear—they simply did not want to help us. We were willing to pay the difference for an upgrade, but the hotel repeatedly refused to assist in any way.
The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. We spent six nights paying a premium price, and instead of enjoying our vacation, we wasted our time begging for help at reception every single day, with no resolution.
This hotel may look nice from the outside, but the service is among the worst we have ever experienced. Sadly, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I had a 70-minute treatment at the spa and it was absolutely amazing! 🙏
From the very first moment, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and every minute felt like pure bliss. Lorena, my therapist, was simply perfect – truly professional, attentive, gentle, and knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable and completely at ease.
It was a wonderful, relaxing experience filled with positive energy. I’m leaving with a big smile and a true sense of peace.

We had the most incredible stay here. The location was perfect and the staff were unbelievably lovely. The spa was especially amazing. I never normally visit the spa on holiday as I sometimes feel a little nervous but the women were so lovely, kind, calm and welcoming. I had a scrub and also a massage with Lorena and she was great. Perfect amount of pressure and worked on my very stressed shoulders which was brilliant. My skin was shining for days after the scrub! I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing family stay at Mare Village in Ayia Napa! The resort was clean, modern, and very family-friendly. The buffets were absolutely incredible—great variety, delicious options for all ages, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The all-inclusive package was a huge plus and made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We will definitely be coming back 🙏🙏
