We arrived very late at midnight due to flight delay but the hotel kindly gave us food which was thoughtful of them. The room itself was amazing as is their customer service throughout the hotel, nothing is too much bother for them. The breakfast variety is outstanding, probably one of the best that I have experienced. As it is the Xmas period, the hotel on entry was simply magical and beautifully decorated. We will

Amazing! Absolutely loved our stay at the Amavi Hotel in Paphos! Fantastic view.
But in fact the motivated and incredibly friendly staff made all the difference.
Every process was seamlessly organized, allowing for a wonderfully relaxed stay. Any requests were promptly and reliably addressed. Simply leaving no room for stress, anytime.

Great time. A wonderful Hotel and would definitely come again. We did have a disappointing spa experience. Booked a thalgo 3 algae marine wrap for mum and me but it felt rushed. We booked separate times but were seen together. Mum didn't get gel on stomach nor chest area. The music in the room was super quiet so could hear noise outside. However this was discussed with the hotel managers who were very receptive to the feedback, very apologetic and gave us a refund. I can't fault the service at this hotel. They want you to have a great experience and all staff work very hard to accommodate you all the time. 5 star hotel and service.
My partner and I stayed here in August for a week and absolutely loved our stay. We paid a little bit more than we would usually for a holiday as this hotel came very highly recommended to us by a family member and wow was it worth every penny. They really have thought of everything in this hotel to make your stay and relaxing and stress free as possible. Amazing clean and beautiful rooms (with views of the sea and sunset that never get old) fantastic food and staff that do an incredible job in making you feel special and looked after! If you are looking for a romantic made for two getaway then I really would stop looking now and get yourself booked in! The best hotel I have ever stayed in and we are in no doubt that we will be returning next year.

No negatives at all. This hotel is perfection. Everyone was so professional, accommodating, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to meet. The hotel itself is stunning with every little detail carefully thought out. The grounds are beautiful, facilities definitely 5 star, and there’s no words to describe how good the food is at this hotel. It would take a week to write all of the positives about our stay here. We had booked to return next year before even leaving this year!!
