A Wonderful Stay at Lebay Hotel, Cyprus 🌴☀️ We had a lovely stay at Lebay Hotel in Cyprus and really enjoyed our time there. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. A very special thank you to Valentinos, who provided exceptional customer service from the moment I made our booking, throughout all my queries before arriving and right up until we left. I couldn’t wait to meet him in person to thank him for all his help and wonderful service. Whenever Valentinos saw me or my family around the hotel, he would always check that everything was okay and make sure we had everything we needed. That personal touch really meant a lot. A special thank you also to Marianna, who was always incredibly helpful and made sure we had anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We arrived at around 2am, and Medo was so sweet and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, easy and informative, which was especially appreciated after travelling. Each morning we were greeted with a smile and made to feel very welcome. We also returned from a wedding at around 1:30am, where Medo greeted us and made sure we were okay. That level of care really stood out. A few suggestions for the future My biggest negative (and I genuinely feel bad saying this because everything else was wonderful) was the swimming pool closing at 5:30pm. Because the weather was so hot, we really wanted to make the most of the pool. On days when we went out, we found ourselves rushing back to the hotel in the late afternoon just to have some time in the pool before it closed. On occasions, we even cut our time out short so we could get back. Extending the pool hours, particularly during the hot summer months, would make a huge difference. The closing time would be a major factor in deciding whether I return, as we would have loved to enjoy the pool for longer. Another small thing that could really elevate the guest experience is the policy regarding outside food. As we stayed on a bed-and-breakfast basis, when we weren’t eating at the hotel it would have been convenient to bring some food back with us. Perhaps there could be some flexibility for B&B guests who aren’t dining at the hotel. This would save guests having to go out every time they wanted something to eat and make the stay even more relaxing. Whilst there was free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, we were surprised that we had to pay to use the internet on the television in the room, meaning features such as YouTube couldn’t be used without paying extra. We are used to these being standard amenities in hotels of this standard. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, despite the suggestions above, we genuinely had a wonderful stay at Lebay Hotel. These are simply areas where I feel the hotel could make an already great guest experience even better. The staff were the real highlight for us. Valentinos, Marianna and Medo were exceptional, and their warmth, kindness and willingness to help made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. If the pool hours were extended, I would happily return to Lebay Hotel again. We loved our time there and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a lovely stay in Cyprus. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks into the hotel. The staff claimed that, according to their "safety protocol," takeaway deliveries are forbidden and guests cannot purchase food or drinks elsewhere and bring them into the hotel room. This policy is unreasonable and very inconvenient. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was filthy with a strong, unpleasant smell. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Breakfast was awful—I'd rate it 1/10. There were no scrambled eggs, the food selection was very limited, and it was served on plastic plates, which made the experience feel cheap. The parking area is extremely cramped, making it difficult to park. On top of that, the hotel charges an extra £7 just to use the internet on the TV, which is ridiculous considering Wi-Fi and smart TV access are standard at most hotels. Overall, this hotel offers very poor value for money. I certainly would not recommend anyone stay here. It was a horrendous experience from start to finish

A wonderful hotel for a relaxing getaway! We loved the location—right by the sea, away from the bustle of the city, yet just a few minutes' drive from Larnaca city center. Stylish and clean rooms, a cozy atmosphere, delicious breakfasts, and incredible views of the Mediterranean. Special thanks to the staff for their attentiveness, hospitality, and genuine desire to make your stay comfortable. We would love to return again and recommend the Lebay Hotel to anyone who appreciates comfort, tranquility, and high-quality service.💓💓💓

I went for a weekend getaway. You really are away from all civilization while here (sometimes hard to find a bolt). Dinner is 15EUR, which is a good deal, but also there is no where else really to go. Service is generally good, but most of the time I could not find anyone working. The gym is great, especially for a hotel. The images don't show you that you can't flush anything. Relatedly there was frequently a smell coming from the bathroom. Within the room it wasn't so bad, but flies were a regular occurrence at meal time and in the main lobby. Wi-fi for the phone worked, but nearly impossible to get enough speed for a computer. Relatedly, the TV required you to purchase internet if you wanted to listen to the music channels. If you want some time away FROM IT ALL (if the price is right), then go for it.

Just left the hotel for the airport and all I can say was wowwww. The staff was friendly, the food was good lots of options, room was comfortable and clean, needs few small updates in the bathroom but overall nothing to panic over. Very peaceful and quiet stay, I had a sea view bedroom so enjoyed the balcony. The response time was amazing I can call receptionist for anything, within minutes it was at my door. They went above and beyond, one evening I went down late for dinner and they rang kitchen who prepared a plate for my son and myself. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
