Positioned virtually on the water’s edge of a unique twin bay in Larnaca on coast of Cyprus, Lebay Beach Hotel is only 10 minutes’ drive from the town centre and its popular restaurants, bars and a bustling shopping centre. Airport transfers are effortless, as the hotel is only a 15-minute drive from Larnaca International Airport.

Fantastic hotel. Room is great sea view or street view all with balcony. I don’t mind street view, limited traffic and shade. It’s a bit cheaper too. I also tested sea view and it’s also nice but it can get pretty hot of you like me like to have the balcony door open and same with the curtains. The later makes the room pitch black if you need too sleep during the day. There is only one down side to this place, internet is awfully weak. Hard to stream or even read. Buffé breakfast was included and lots of warm and cold stuff to pick from. Buffé every night at 15€ with 5 main courses 4 meat and one fish and several salades and deserts.
Half a liter of local beer was 5€. Breakfast can be eaten outside in the sun just 100 meters from the beach, nothing blocking the view.

We stayed at this hotel in October for one night before flying home after spending two weeks in Ayia Napa.
The hotel is:
Clean with really pleasant, smiling, and very helpful staff. The room was beautiful and well-equipped, it's worth mentioning that they even provided body lotion and conditioner (which we didn't find in other hotels)
The sea in front of the hotel isn't very visually appealing, so there was absolutely no one there, but it was surprisingly 1 to 2°C warmer than near Ayia Napa (Nissi Beach & Landa Beach), which was very pleasant.
The gym is very well-equipped!
At breakfast, the selection is a bit limited, but the food is cooked perfectly.
The only complaint I have concerns the television, where every service is pay-per-view, even accessing YouTube, which is quite lamentable. Also, the fact that you can't bring food into the hotel or into your room.

Lebay Beach hotel had many redeeming qualities including their exceptional staff who were always lovely and willing to help. The buffet breakfast was good however during our stay they had a bad roof leak which was a little concerning as it was above the breakfast area. Our room looked new but was definitely old. We found cockroaches twice in the bathroom and the tiling had lots of black stuff around the bottom of it. We also had one bar of wifi only in our room and it kept cutting out. We had to go to the lobby to use wifi which was really frustrating. The location is about a 12min drive to larnaca so you will need a car if you stay here. The pool is a nice relaxing place and the beach foreshore was nice too. Overall it felt like an old building that was modernised but still had cracks.

My parents were on holiday at the hotel for a few days, so my partner and I, who live in Cyprus, went to visit them and have lunch there with them a couple of times. We weren't impressed at all with the attitude of some of the staff, on both occasions. We were ignored all of lunch on the first day by the waitress even though there were 4 tables full, the food took forever, and someone at reception was quite sharp with my partner. To top it off, a waitress called the receptionist to intercept me walking through the hotel to go to the toilet (i assume because she thought I look like a thief), even though I had just been talking with my parents outside and I was holding their key card. It's a nice looking hotel, but the customer service just did not match, which was very jarring for Cyprus as usually the service in hotels is lovely.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the LeBay Hotel in Larnaca, where we hosted a welcome party the night before our daughter’s wedding. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the manager and staff for making our experience truly memorable.
I had read some previous reviews that didn’t seem fair or representative, because in reality, LeBay was extremely clean and the staff were absolutely excellent. Compared to other nearby hotels, it offered the whole experience: a beach, lovely facilities, a great pool, and a cozy atmosphere that let all our guests socialize and enjoy quality time together.
In addition, the bride, groom, and the entire wedding party stayed at the hotel. The staff were wonderfully accommodating with all the rituals and pre-wedding ceremonies, handling everything smoothly and with full cooperation. Thanks to the LeBay team for going the extra mile. We can’t recommend them highly enough!
