Airport transfers are effortless, as the hotel is only a 15-minute drive from Larnaca International Airport.

I went here for something to eat but the price we have paid for 2 Cypriot sandwiches with fries it wasn't worth it, the 14 euros, but the service it was one of the worst I have seen on the island. After we have received our food and half way through it a strong wind picked up which it blown a glass and most of my fries ended up on the table. The waiter came over and the only thing he has asked if anything was broken, looked around on the floor which there was nothing as i managed to grab the glass before it had fallen on the floor, but didn't wiped down the spilt water from the table which it was dripping from it, or even clean the table from the fries that ended on it. He has just walked away. As a restaurant manager myself i found the customer service awful, unprofessional and unhelpful with no clue how to treat customers. Even when we were leaving and there were 4 people by the reception including what it seemed the manageress of the hotel we haven't been acknowledged. The worst customer service and I wouldn't be returning or recommend the place.

Half board included only two dinner options instead of the full menu.
Only after asking to cancel dinner were we allowed to order from the full menu (excluding the expensive dishes).
When we returned 15 minutes before kitchen closing, we were told it was already closed. After some discussion, the staff made sandwiches and later asked us to pay for them.
Also, guests are not allowed to bring food from outside the hotel — the staff justified this by claiming it was due to COVID-19 restrictions, which have been irrelevant for years.
On Google, the hotel is listed as 4 stars, but at the property we were told it’s 2 stars — and unfortunately, both the service and attitude matched the lower rating.
Overall, the staff were unpleasant, and the service felt indifferent.
Poor value for money and an overall unpleasant stay.
We won’t return.

We had a wonderful time at the Lebay Hotel for our group holiday! All the staff were so kind and helpful and they really did their best to give us the best holiday ever! We will definitely come back again! :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the LeBay Hotel in Larnaca, where we hosted a welcome party the night before our daughter’s wedding. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the manager and staff for making our experience truly memorable.
I had read some previous reviews that didn’t seem fair or representative, because in reality, LeBay was extremely clean and the staff were absolutely excellent. Compared to other nearby hotels, it offered the whole experience: a beach, lovely facilities, a great pool, and a cozy atmosphere that let all our guests socialize and enjoy quality time together.
In addition, the bride, groom, and the entire wedding party stayed at the hotel. The staff were wonderfully accommodating with all the rituals and pre-wedding ceremonies, handling everything smoothly and with full cooperation. Thanks to the LeBay team for going the extra mile. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

An amazing experience!
The hotel was lovely — very clean, comfortable, and in a great location with a wonderful atmosphere.
But what truly made the difference was the exceptional service, especially from Marianna and Konstantinos, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
They were kind, professional, and genuinely attentive.
Service like this is rare — highly recommended, and I’d love to come back again!
