Beautiful hotel and 9/10 of the staff are super friendly and hardworking. The lady who hands out the towels every day is always really cheery and polite. However, our 2nd time staying here has been let down by one of the pool bar staff. I went over to the bar yesterday and wasn't acknowledged and so I simply and politely asked ' are you open or shall I head to one of the other bars' the woman turned to me and just glared and hissed ' we are not open' all the while shooting me death stares like I was something disgusting she stepped in.
She was so agressively rude to the point where I had to say 'I'm not sure why you are being rude to me'
Such a let down and not 5 star hotel behaviour. I know bar work is hard but there's no need to make people uncomfortable or feel threatened. My husband also mentioned he overheard her being rude to one of the more junior staff members. Poor form.

The hotel was nice in all, the rooms are quite small and the way to the beach is a little bit long ( especially if you have a child and it’s 40 degrees outside). Other than that, all good, food was delicious, staff members very kind and helpful!

Best hotel ever! We had All-In and got the service you get when you have to pay, every drink was very nice decorated, the food was very good, a lot of variation! Every day another theme for the food, the staff is very nice and I can go on and on! The Habbanos bar is great! Every day live music, violists, piano, great service from the whole bar team. Nice sigar lounge as well! The pool is very nice, clean water, the beds at the pool are very clean, you'll always have a good place at the pool! A lot of staff who gets al the trash away for you, they serve drinks and food while you can stay at the beds or even in the pool! The rooms are very clean, modern, great airco, nice view from the balcony to the sea (if you take sea-view). Location also very good! 2 mins walk to the nicest beach! 5 mins taxi (10€) to the center. One negative point is the noice from the hall, if there are loud people walking by, you can hear everything.
High-tech modern rooms with state of the art facilities. Loved it and would stay again.
PROS
-high tech rooms with plugs and buttons everywhere (e.g bathroom has a night light which is dark and blue)
-beautiful view on pool/sea
-proximity to beautiful beach
-safe parking including some spots that are covered and protected from the sun
-great breakfast buffet and location, providing to all types (just missing some dips like houmous)
-away from the busy/loud Ayia Napa nightlife but close enough if you want to go to
CONS
-not enough lifts
-only one pool which gets very crowded
-tennis equipment needs replacing
-small gym made for amateurs, no serious weights
Also worth mentioning it was mostly attended by Brits, Serbians and Russians.

The location is the best of the best, a pearl on Nissi beach. The staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, the room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. NissiBlu is the best option in terms of location and price quality ratio.
