Nice resort that is close to an average beach. Great service from a friendly staff. Good food, for an all inclusive place. Nice pool, gym, spa. Rooms are on the small side for a 5-star hotel.

I recently stayed at the Nissi Blu in Ayia Napa and honestly, I was blown away. The whole place is stunning super clean, everything smelled fresh, and the rooms were really well kept. I tried a few of the restaurants on site and the food was great across the board. One of the best parts is how easy it is to get to the beach just a short walk and you’re there.
The spa is definitely worth checking out too. I booked a Swedish massage and before that, I got to relax in the steam room and steam bath, which was such a nice touch. Daniela, who did my massage, was amazing she made the whole experience so relaxing and I left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommend asking for her if you go.
Honestly, I couldn’t fault the place it was the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Would 100% go back.

Good location hotel - outside loud Agia Napa and close to nice and clean Nissi beach.
Good reception - let us check in with a kid before the official check in time started.
But in no way 5 stars:
1. Indoor pool is not heated. And all wet around - my kid slipped and felt down.
2. You need an appointment to use sauna, cannot just come when you wish "in order to avoid crowds", while it is empty most of the time.
3. Buffet is pretty moderate. Very few fresh fruits and vegetables - in Cyprus, where it is always harvest season.
4. During breakfast, you are not allowed to sit with a kid in certain zones "because there is a view". Make a note your hotel is not kid friendly or adults only!
5. In the restaurant (which you pay extra) our main dishes were mixed twice during two days.
6. No kids buffet - although reported to be available.
7. We paid for full board, which included lunches in the restaurant. One day the lunch was replaced by the buffet, very limited and moderate.
8. Drinks (water / coke / juice / beer) available for extra fees during lunch and dinner - even in a full board pack. Nonsense for 5* hotel.
To summarise, we expected better holidays from reported 5* hotel. Not sure we or our friends will come here again.

The hotel is great overall and the location is excellent. The food quality is great (breakfast) and you have everything you need. However, now, at the end of March, the air conditioners are still not turned on (winter mode) and we are sweating almost every night. This would be a big no even for a 3 star hotel.
So all in all a great choice but the AC policy is just crazy for a 5 star resort in a country with a very strong sun.

This definitely isn’t a 5-star place—it’s more like a 3-star or maybe a basic 4-star at best. For a hotel that’s supposed to be top-tier, there were some pretty basic things missing, like toothbrushes and toothpaste, which you’d expect to find in any hotel.
The spa was another letdown. The space between the saunas looked more like a small lake than a relaxation area, which made it kind of awkward. And as for slippers, there weren’t any extra ones available, which is something you usually get in a 5-star hotel. You can request them from the reception, but it just felt like a hassle. The shampoo was a 5-in-1 that was really low quality—it made our hands feel super dry, and the body lotion was from the same cheap brand, so that didn’t help much either.
The bathroom was outdated,and some of the towels had dirty spots on them. Definitely not the level of cleanliness you expect from a 5-star hotel. The rooms are too small for 5 star hotel. The carpets in the hallways were stained and worn out, so it’s clear the place could really use some repairs and updates.
On a positive note, the cleaning staff was really friendly, and the rest of the hotel staff were great too—super helpful and nice. Plus, the breakfast was a highlight! It was delicious, and there was a really good variety of meals to choose from, so that was definitely a nice touch.
Unfortunately, though, the hotel just didn’t live up to the hype, and I’d say it’s definitely overrated for what you’re paying.
