First impressions always matter, and the Lobby is the first area you’ll see and experience upon entering the resort. The modern designed Lobby area is where guests socialise, meet old friends, make new friends and experience the genuine hospitality.

NissiBlu Beach Resort is located at the entrance of Ayia Napa, just a short walk (around 200 meters) from the beautiful Nissi Beach, with a convenient pathway leading directly to the beach.
There are several positive aspects of this hotel. The staff is friendly and professional, the breakfast is good with a decent variety of options, the sea is beautiful, and the lobby, pool area, and other public spaces are modern, stylish, and worthy of a 5-star property.
However, the biggest disappointment is the value for money. We stayed as a family of four in a family room and paid approximately €520 per night including breakfast. Unfortunately, the room itself was nowhere near the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. The room was quite small, furnished rather cheaply, and the bathroom was tiny and felt more like something you would find in a budget hotel. In our opinion, the room quality is closer to a 3-star property than a luxury 5-star resort.
While the common areas of the hotel certainly look and feel like a 5-star establishment, the guest rooms are significantly below that standard. For the price being charged, we expected much larger and higher-quality accommodation.
Overall, a nice hotel with an excellent location, friendly staff, and attractive public areas, but the room quality does not justify the premium price.
One more important thing to note is that Nissi Beach is a public beach and the hotel does not have its own private beach area or reserved sunbeds. The sunbeds and umbrellas are managed by the local municipality, not by the hotel. This means that guests need to bring their own towels from the hotel and compete for available spots like everyone else. During peak season, especially on weekends, the beach becomes extremely crowded. If you want a good spot, you practically need to reserve it very early in the morning (many people place their towels around 7:00 AM). Arriving later than 9:30–10:00 AM often means that most of the desirable sunbeds and beach areas are already taken.

We’ve just returned from our honeymoon and already find ourselves missing it. An amazing place to stay - we couldn’t recommend it more!

Everything was perfect!

I celebrate my birthday there and i had lots of surprises from the staff:cake with a candle at 8in the morning at breakfast and a bottle of wine in the room.Very nice people!

Staying at NissiBlu Beach Resort was truly a gift — one of those rare experiences where everything aligns beautifully.
Perfectly located on the stunning shores of Nissi Beach, the hotel offers what I would call one of the most breathtaking views in Ayia Napa. The colors of the sea, even when not meant for swimming in early season, carried such a powerful, calming energy — it was mesmerizing just to sit and absorb the atmosphere.
The hotel itself is a seamless blend of luxury, style, and thoughtful design. Every detail feels intentional, elegant, and deeply comfortable. Visiting during the early season was a hidden blessing — fewer crowds, peaceful surroundings, and a sense that the entire space was there just for you.
The spa experience deserves a special mention. The signature Thai herbal massage was truly unique — deeply relaxing, grounding, and beautifully executed. It felt like a full reset for both body and mind.
Dining at Nikkei Restaurant was another highlight. The food was exceptional — refined, flavorful, and memorable. I would personally recommend trying the duck and the black cod — both were absolutely outstanding.
And above all, the people. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and highly professional, creating an atmosphere where you feel genuinely cared for.
If you are looking for a place to fully unwind, recharge, and immerse yourself in a luxurious yet soulful experience — this is it. Every detail supports true relaxation.

It is our 2nd year in a row staying here. The breakfast is fabulous. We really like the fact that it is just within earshot from one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus. The staff is super friendly and always attended to our needs. Just one thing is that the rooms could be better for a 5-star hotel. But overall, we love this place and we are definitely coming back 😊
