The Blue Harbour Boutique Apartments provide exceptional value for money in terms of space, location, and the view from Ayia Napa's gorgeous harbour area. They're the start of a brand-new idea that includes everything you'll need for a family vacation or just a group of mates.
There are 28 new modern sound-proofed rooms-apartments for up to 6 people, with a metal stairway connecting the ground and first floors. Blue Harbour's rooms all have a seating area and access to a balcony or terrace. They also have a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, kettle, and a private bathroom. A metal staircase divides some of the units into two stories. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included.
The apartments are located in Ayia Napa's harbour district and provide an on-site hair salon, laundry service, and a Luna park for children.

The shower towel was stained with what looked like fecale matter. That grossed me out and I left.
We booked a double room and were located next to an Arcade room. You cannot sleep before 22 or 23 until it closes. If you open your window, there is a lot of people walking in front of the appartment so we kept it closed.
Definitely not a relaxing hotel as the pictures suggest.

The worst "hotel" we ever stayed at. The towel had poo 💩 on it and the room faced an Arcade game room which was very noisy and we couldn't sleep. In the morning, we got woken up at 7AM because the cleaning team has lockers next to us and talked loudly and made noise.
The hotel is built like a Motel with room entrances directly from the outside.
We left after the first night.

Had a lovely few days stay at this nice hotel. Staff very friendly, rooms clean and well appointed. Location was fantastic so close to the sea and harbour with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.Private parking was a bonus.

We stayed at the Blue Harbour in Ayia Napa for four nights and were absolutely blown away by the hospitality. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout. The rooms are spacious, and the location is unbeatable—less than 50 meters from the beach and just a two-minute walk to restaurants and shops.
What truly stood out was the humility and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, but one lady, named Tijen in particular went above and beyond. She graciously upgraded us to a pool-view room and even helped us scan some important paperwork back home. Despite facing some technical issues, she made it happen without hesitation.
If you stay here, make sure to connect with Tijen—she’ll genuinely make your experience unforgettable.

The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and modern. I have never slept on a more comfortable bed. The hotel is located just a few meters from the city beach. The first bus stop is about 500 meters away, providing easy access to other beaches.
One drawback is that the pool water was not very clean, with quite a bit of debris from the wind. However, the pool and sunbeds are very modern.
What impressed me the most were the staff at the information desk — it has been a long time since I had such a pleasant experience. They are very charming, speak fluent English, and are truly hospitable. Highly recommended!
