Blue Harbour Boutique is located in Ayia Napa, 300 meters from Ayia Napa Monastery, and has air conditioning. The property is 5 kilometres from WaterWorld Ayia Napa. The beach and harbour area are only 50 meters away from Blue Harbour.
The Blue Harbour Boutique Apartments provide exceptional value for money in terms of space, location, and the view from Ayia Napa's gorgeous harbour area. They're the start of a brand-new idea that includes everything you'll need for a family vacation or just a group of mates.
There are 28 new modern sound-proofed rooms-apartments for up to 6 people, with a metal stairway connecting the ground and first floors. Blue Harbour's rooms all have a seating area and access to a balcony or terrace. They also have a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, kettle, and a private bathroom. A metal staircase divides some of the units into two stories. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included.
The apartments are located in Ayia Napa's harbour district and provide an on-site hair salon, laundry service, and a Luna park for children.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Harbour Boutique Hotel! Our Pool View room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The breakfast was very good, and the location is perfect—close to everything, yet in a quiet and peaceful area.

This place is a true hidden gem. We’ve visited twice this year with both friends and family, and it has become our favourite family-friendly spot in Ayia Napa. The food was delicious, the cocktails were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic.
The arcade and children’s playground are a huge bonus, keeping the kids entertained while the adults can relax and enjoy their meal.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding service. The staff and the manager were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional experience. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

Love the guy at the bar beside the pool he tool very good care of us his service was in top his name is bijendra pls keep him forever. He made the best drinks and served them whenever he wanted. Also the cleaning lady was very nice she always had the biggest smile on and said goodmorning like a sunshine. The hotel room was good, the breakfast buffet was not really my thing but then if I didnt want to eat it i just ordered from bijendra

Came for 5 days with my girlfriend for our anniversary and everything was perfect! Clean lovely rooms, nice breakfast, a nice pool area and pool bar! The staff were all lovely and the owner Lambros made extra effort to meet and greet everyone and was very welcoming and friendly. A special shout out to Bigendra who was the pool bartender, he made the stay extra special with his kindness and hospitality! He is definitely someone you would want as your staff, very friendly always smiling and you could genuinely see he enjoyed his job! Highly recommended!

The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and even gave us a free room upgrade which was a really nice gesture. The room was clean and comfortable, and having private parking right outside the apartments was very convenient. We also arrived quite late, but the check-in was quick and smooth so we could go straight to rest. The à la carte breakfast was excellent as well. Would definitely stay here again.

There is the option of adding up to 2 additional camber beds. All units include a seating area and balcony or terrace.
