The hotel is half dated and half has had a revamp. The poolside is dirty and very rarely cleaned properly saying that both pools are in good condition. It is in a fantastic position close to the beach and the strip. The cleaning is poor and not to a high standard at all. The complimentary room was disgusting a ball of hair blocked the plughole when i used it absolutley gross. The food is quite boring and im not picky about food but i found it not that good, most of the staff are very friendly but i have to say Lena on the reception desk was so helpful and kind and went out of her way to help me.

Hotel is very Good for ourselves, with fast and good bar service, Good position ( 3-5 mins from the beach ) and tasty food from morning to evening with snacks. Hotel is clean, rooms are big with big balcony And Amazing view on the city or on the pools with sea view aswell. Pools are clean and big.. Bathroom in the room are quite dirty but nothing baddest. Recommend ✌🏻🇨🇾

I would like to share my experience I had in this hotel. When I arrived in my room everything was looking good but when I visited bathroom I was shocked. The hole bathroom was full of rust. Everywhere I looked I saw rust and dirt. You can see in the picture what I mean. When I complained, the receptionist was very rude, arrogant and he was trying to make conflict. I wanted another room, but staff was not able to solve the issue. They were talking their strories that our room was in good condition. Look in the pictures and make up your own mind. In the end of this terrible experience this man on reception wanted to kick us out even though I was calm and polite. I only wanted to solve problem with dirty bathroom full of the rust which might hurt somebody. Receptionist was shouting: ,, You have to find new accommodation, I will kick you out!” This is TSOKKOS PROTARAS HOTEL. I want to point out bad behaviour on the reception. But unfortunatelly the diet was really delicious. Buffets were plenty of fresh food. Hole time during the time of dinner there were enough food. General impression is despite very bad experience with receptionist very positive. Main purpose is location and distance from the beach.

This is not 4 star hotel. Places under renovation and untidy
- Room was ok, a bit untidy and all the sounds are carried.. outside and from the corridor.
- Some of the staff were nice, some really tired and rude.
- Food was not good. We had half board and it was enough.

Really enjoyed are week stay
. staff was really friendly noticing they work very long hours early morning till midnight they always was happy to help.. personally the food was good always different things on a nigth could be labled better but the rooms was clean with plenty of storage
