I stayed here recently and had such a great experience! The staff who greeted me were super friendly and supportive honestly, everyone I met there was kind and helpful. The kitchen staff were especially polite, and the food was amazing much better than in some other hotels I’ve stayed at in Cyprus. The meals were tasty with plenty of options, so I never got bored. It was actually better to dine there than go to a restaurant!
The pool was big and nice, the place was comfortable, and everything felt just right. What really touched me was that when we arrived, we had missed breakfast, but the staff surprised us by offering lunch as a gift such a thoughtful gesture.
The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It’s paid around €25 for two devices, and if you want to add another one, you pay again €25 for seven days. Honestly, that’s a crazy fee for Wi-Fi, especially considering it’s not even that fast. It’s cheaper and easier to just get an eSIM instead.
Other than that, everything was great I totally recommend this hotel for the lovely staff, amazing food, and overall comfortable stay.

I stayed at Tsokkos hotel in Protarus for 12 nights with my partner for a family wedding in Protarus. I thought the hotel was clean and tidy in the communal areas, a great pool and outdoor area and the food really exceeded my original expectations. We stayed on an all-inclusive package and the food and service was extremely good every day and stayed consistent throughout our stay. I found the staff approachable, everyone spoke very good English and every staff member that I spoke to was happy to help.
The room was very average definitely due a refurbishment. We thought the bed was quite uncomfortable and the cleaning service was appalling really. Our bed wasn’t changed for over a week of our stay and after complaining at reception on day 4, 5 and 6 each time the bed wasn’t changed and was just made by the cleaners. All the cleaners really did was change the towels and make the bed each day. The room wasn’t swept and coffee and tea wasn’t replaced, the cups was just rinsed out each day and not properly cleaned as there was still stains from not being cleaned properly and the bed not being changed was the worst part. I have never been to a hotel where the cleaning service has been so sub par.
On the all inclusive package deal it isn’t all inclusive as you may think, there is extras that you need to pay when you get to the hotel. To use the wifi this is a extra 24 euros for 2 people for 1 week, you have to pay extra for beach towels, extra for a extra key card for the door to the room etc etc.
Overall I think the hotel is in a fantastic location being next to the beach and also right near the strip of Protarus to walk to at night. I think the overall food service was fantastic and really exceeded all our expectations being consistently good! I think the hotel is definitely due a refurbishment with parts being run down and in need of renewal and some serious attention to the cleaning staffs poor attention to cleaning the rooms.

The food is phenomenal The staff is friendly and proactive, "everything is possible". The location is excellent. They let us in the room 2 hours early! You can rent beach towels! Live music on certain days of the week! Pool, billiards, table tennis, etc

Great location near beaches and main street, clean lobby, and most staff are friendly. Towels are changed daily. However, room hygiene is below 4-star standards, drink options are limited, and pre-arrival communication was poor. With better hygiene and communication, drink options, the hotel could offer a much improved experience. With all inclusive stay, we should pay for safe box.

Amazing 12-day stay – highly recommended!
We spent 12 days at Tsokkos Protaras Hotel and everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Its location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk to Sunrise Beach and right next to the main street in the center of town, with shops and restaurants all around.
The staff were always smiling, friendly, and willing to help. The pool area was spotless and relaxing. We also loved the food and drinks – everything was fresh, tasty, and well prepared.
We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
