The Sir Paul Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of the extraordinary centre of Limassol in an extremely characteristic and lively area and within short walking distance to many places of interest. It is approximately 80 metres away from Molos area and the seafront and only a 5 minutes' walk from the old port and the Limassol Marina. The Limassol Castle is approximately 500 metres away, with Saripolou Square being only 2 minutes away on foot.
The two-storey stone structure boasts humbly with a beautifully designed atrium of stone built arches.

Great central location, but as a result it was very noisy. There was a constant stream of people shouting outside the window until about 3am, and the single glazed windows did little to shut out the noise.
The rooms were nicely decorated and maintained. Comfy bed. Breakfast was mediocre - I wish I hadn't booked breakfast and had gone to the coffee shop opposite.

Perfect boutique hotel in a central location in Old Town Limassol. Great selection of amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance. Simply park your car on arrival in the secure parking area and walk around the local area.

Honestly, S Paul Hotel & Café was a great experience. The location is central yet peaceful, and the vibe and atmosphere are very refreshing.
A special mention for Wajee — his behavior and interaction were outstanding. Extremely polite, professional, and his serving was truly second to none. He made us feel genuinely welcome.
The hotel is clean, modern, and feels above its category.
Highly recommended!

Right in the city centre, few minutes walk to the sea promenade. Magnificent decoration. Spacious parking place. Entrance system funny: no camera at the parking gate makes the driver become a shuttle between reception and the gate itself. Receptionist did not offer the currency choice during the credit card payment. Terrible smell in the room - the building is old and so is the piping - apparently not well maintained. At breakfast: guests were fighting for the food, everything was missing, even milk for the cereals. Tables were not immediately prepared once released; service staff clearly hate their job. This venue deserves much more attention by the owners and management as well as a new, motivated and friendly service team.

S Pauls Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel in Limassol. It’s very comfortable and welcoming, and they are truly dog-friendly, which I really appreciate. The whole team is kind and helpful, and the atmosphere feels personal and relaxed. A special thanks to Aristarchos Giagkou from the Front Office — there was once a small booking issue, and he handled it quickly and professionally. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and every stay here is a pleasant experience.
