Mimosa Beach Hotel is a traditionally built and decorated hotel with a unique beauty and atmosphere.
This three-star hotel sits directly on a small sandy cove overlooking the bay of the islands. The beach is very safe for children and the wider bay is perfect for swimming across. Mimosa Beach is a family run hotel which values personal contact with guests making everyone feel at home immediately.
The bustling town of Protaras is just five minutes drive and about a 30-40 minute walk away, very pleasant in the early evening to cool down after a hot day on the beach or beside the pool.

Ideal position, just a few metred into the sea in a small but almost enclosed area. Ideal for snorkeling, plenty of fish to sea. Rooms have air con. Need to hire the key to room safe. Beach towels not provided, can buy in hotel for 15EU. Meals good well cooked but not always seemingly making a complete plate of food ie chips with fish etc. Well cooked though. Entertainment is a joke in the main though not the comedic type. Sat night though is well worth sitting down and listening to the singer.

Great staff,room cleaned well apart from the shower cubical,location great for us, food hit and miss in the evening so swapped for lunchtime menu which had more choices.
Drinks are a little expensive but cheaper than the UK 🇬🇧, lovely pool and beach area,Ants are a common issue in some rooms,would I come back yes because of the friendly staff and hotel position 😀.

Just back from mimosa on Monday 2nd September. When we arrived you could tell it was a very happy place everyone was so helpful and the owners were mixing with the guests they also had their food in the restaurant which was really nice.It was Donald's birthday when we were there and I asked the owner about a cake and they made a personalised cake which was delicious. All staff were so happy you could tell they enjoyed their job one big happy family. The beach was so good and the water was very nice and the pool was cosy .Our maid was a really nice woman we gave her a bit cake and she was so grateful she gave us a kiss and big hugs. A lot of guests have returned again and again as it is one of the most friendly hotel we have been too .If you're looking for a total chill this hotel is the one.We will definitely be back and we would like to thank everyone one for making our holiday so great. Lovely Hotel in a peaceful area. Our room was clean and the view from our room was spectacular, we had full sea view room. The staff was amazing and helpful especially Martin, Anita, Robert and the guy from Lithuania, and the lady who usually taking food or drinks order., we loved chatting with them, they are so polite and friendly. The housekeeping lady also very nice and polite. Sorry the food was okay, hopefully the Mimosa will come up some new ideas, more food choices , but apart from that we had an amazing holiday and we truly enjoyed staying at Mimosa as we met such amazing people and make friends, excellent service. Thank you very much Mimosa Hotel.

Went there in summer 2024. I will be glad to visit again :) The staff and owner was very friendly. It was so nice to see, that when three young guys where making to much " splash" in the swimmingpool, he himself, walked over to them and told them a thing or two about good behavier.
One should also visit the Restaurant Elia just 200 meters up the road. The food was out standing and way to cheap.

All rooms have hairdryer, mini fridge, TV and air-conditioning included. Air conditioning in all rooms is free and is operated with the key fob.
There is a safe box in every room. The charge is €12 for one week plus a €20 deposit for the key.

The bar outside by the pool is used on most evenings. You may be unwinding with a cocktail after a day sightseeing, meeting other residents and watching the entertainment, singing or dancing. Occasionally, due to the weather, they may have to use the bar upstairs during the evening. Here you can sit comfortably inside or out on the veranda soaking up the wonderful view.

The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and buffet evening meal. There is a good selection of tasty food but if you have any dietary problems please speak with the chef to be sure of ingredients.
If you prefer to take your main meal during the day you can order from the three course menu in the Pool bar between mid-day and 5pm.

Pools
The hotel provides two pools, an adult and a children’s pool. Full safety instructions are posted around the pool area for your own protection. Pools are not in use from 7pm till 7am.
Scuba Diving -Charges Apply
Happy Divers operate from Mimosa Beach Hotel and teach all levels up to and including Instructor with SSI, to Dive Master with PADDI and NAUI.
Mimosa Short Mat Bowls
Mimosa has a Short Mat Bowling Club. They bowl Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and residents are always welcomed to join in on these days.
