Our stay here has been so lovely. The welcome from the reception staff, specifically Mariana has made us feel so pleased to be at a hotel where the staff genuinely care about you. We originally booked 2 nights but due to the overall vibe of the hotel and amazing sleep despite being close to amusements and the strip - we booked a further third night in which they added breakfast for us at a good rate! This hotel has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay! It has easy access to public transport or alternatively there is a quad/buggy hiring place across the street and taxi depots closeby!
I could not recommend this stay enough for a couple!
A wonderful place that truly saved my vacation.
The location is perfect, just steps away from everything you need. The rooms are beautiful, full of natural light, with a terrace offering spectacular sea views. The breakfast is excellent—varied and high quality.
A special thank you to the amazing staff: Christos from the restaurant team and Victoria at the reception. They were incredibly kind and attentive. Thanks to them, my stay was perfect. Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful stay at Napa Jay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection and fresh options every day.
The pool area was also amazing! clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing in the sun
The hotel is centrally located, so you’re close to everything, restaurants, shops and nightlife
All in all, a great hotel with excellent service, a perfect location, tasty breakfast, and a lovely pool area. Highly recommended!

Hotel Napa Jay is a beautiful place to stay, the staff is very nice and helpful, and the breakfasts are tasty.
The hotel is located in the center of the town, but you can relax here.
Nearby beaches, lots of restaurants and an amusement park.
I really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend😃

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean, well-kept, and a genuinely pleasant space to relax in. The bathroom was also spotless, which I appreciated. The bed was super comfortable, and the balcony view overlooking the sea and city skyline was a beautiful bonus. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had an unexpected issue, resolving it with ease. Overall, I would give this stay 5 stars – it was a wonderful experience from start to finish!
