I stayed at the Radisson Blu Larnaca Harbor Hotel for 3 days in a suite, and everything was absolutely perfect. From check-in to check-out, the service was professional, attentive, and welcoming. The suite was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.
The location is fantastic, right by the harbor, with easy access to restaurants and beautiful views. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless, and their hospitality truly stood out.
Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations a perfect stay in every way. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!

Stayed here for a few days for our anniversary. I guess because we were in a festive mood, I overlooked a few things that could be improved. We got a good price since it was last minute booking but if we were to pay for the full price, I would have been more disappointed.
Good things: nice breakfast. Nice Emily from the spa. We really enjoyed her massage.
Negative things: some stuff are not trained for a 5 star hotel expectations: in the breakfast restaurant a male staff took a coffee order and he seemed to be upset that I requested him to make me a coffee, he took the cup and walked around while talking with other people and most probably spitting in my cup as he was talking all the time, not even after 5 minutes of waiting he didn’t bring me the coffee, in the end I told him I don’t want it. The coffee cup was never made. It’s the same male staff that works in the pool area. He also seems to invite friends that don’t book the hotel and gives them access to the pool for free, which is kind of strange as guests pay for the pool and others just use it for free. Not professional, hotel management should check this.
Another day we wanted a festive dinner, we went to Marbre Grill restaurant, the young blonde lady was eating an apple while also touching the clean plates. She totally ignored us and continued to eat her apple, after a few minutes we spotter her using her nails 💅 to try to get some apple pieces from between her teeth. Very disgusting 🤢. Of course we left as we were just standing there waiting to be seated and given a menu. Poor hygiene for a restaurant in a 5 star hotel.
The hotel is not very clean, the pool is dirty and we had a leak in the room, rusty bathroom. The pillows were too old. The spa needs to be better cleaned, especially the sauna area.

Everything was amazing! The restaurant food was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and kind—especially Mr. Masoud, who was very welcoming, responsible, and kind during breakfast service. We truly appreciated his hospitality. I definitely recommend this hotel.
My only negative comment is about the towels in the hotel—they were very old and torn👎👎and there were no bathrobes provided, which would have been helpful for going to the pool.
Thanks to all the staff!

We stayed for just one night to catch our flight the next day. While there were some positives, there were also several drawbacks.
Negatives:
The room had a musty smell, which was quite unpleasant.
The walking area to the room was hot and lacked air conditioning.
The pool bar was intermittently open during our stay.
Ordering food and beverages was very difficult and frustrating.
When we booked, we were not informed about a wedding happening, which meant we couldn’t use the roof bar on my birthday and had to leave the pool area early at 5 pm.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable — a couple of single quilts and two adjoining beds made for a less than restful sleep.
Positives:
Emily in the spa was super lovely and very helpful.
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
Overall, it was a mixed experience. Some staff members were great, but the overall facilities and communication could definitely be improved.

This is not a 5 star hotel, it is 3 at best! I have stayed In hundreds of top hotels around the world, our experience of this was horrendous & that’s putting it politely.
We checked in at 2am with no greeting, the staff were gormless.
Our rooms although spacious was full of hazards. Cleaners wouldn’t turn up for days. Staff in lobby would never say hello or good morning. Only the breakfast staff were friendly and kind.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.
