Stayed in a studio room and it had everything i needed and it was very spacious.
The food options were decent for breakfast, but the best one was definitely during dinner.
The pool is very big and deep.
Two great beaches are very nearby.
It has a store on the premises of the hotel so its very convenient if you dont wanna walk to the center during the day when its hot and the prices are great too! But also not too far away there are two great big stores where you can buy almost anything you want.
Also the staff are very nice and friendly

Everything in the hotel is quite old, but clean. Room cleaning every day. Very quiet place. Good convenient store. Excellent pool with a lot of sun beds. Lovely pool bar serving tasty cocktails. Cold food in hotel's restaurant, but overall tasty. Very interesting and tasty specials from chef every breakfast. Very close to beautifully Nissi beach. Close to the main street full of high quality restaurants and supermarket.
Overall we had a lot of joy moments.

Dated but overall great hotel with top class food, carrying stuff (feels like family run place), cleaned often, cheap shop and nice restaurant and pool available not only guests. Accessible from a promenade

Nice family hotel , very good location just 3-5 minutes to Sandy bay and 7-10 to Nissi beach. Personnel is really amazing, super kind and. Helpful. Rooms are basic, sometimes smelly, towels and bed linen is worn, oldish. Food, local drinks in all inclusive are good, really just pouring the drinks do not spare. They even have nice freshly brewed coffee at the bar. Every night there are activities for kids and also for adults like bingo, karaoke, magicians, during the day you can use table tennis, darts, Pétanque, volleyball free of charge. Billiards is also cheap 1-2 Euros . As a summary I really recommend if you do not expect luxury.

Likes: - The views from the location are stunning and it's 5 minutes away from Nissi Beach.
- The food is very tasty and good.
- The staff is very friendly and polite.
- The rooms are cleaned every day.
- The prices at the bar and restaurant are affordable.
Dislikes: - Although the hotel is rated as a 4-star, the room amenities are not well maintained: the towels, although changed daily, are quite worn and some have stains that don’t come out, the room phone was dirty and worn out, the bedside lamps didn’t work, and the doors don’t close properly.
Overall, the hotel is okay, especially if you're not the type of person who cares too much about these details.
Bonus points for the views and the distance from Nissi Beach and Sandy Beach.
