Great if you like party at night only sleep here! Not recommend for a family with children as is a very noise area , also they charge for you A/C The reception is across the road and the tv is not working properly, also they provided you only with a key and card . Great for value of money as is the cheapest I can say in Aya napa

Nice and clean apartment in the center of the city. Blankets and sheets has been changed two times in 7 days. Bus stations are in approximately 30 meters from this accommodation.

Veryyyyy bad costumer service and the rooms are old and unclean. They will not tell you about additional AC charges until later and the living room is miserable. I tried to do a refund and i agreed that they take 2 nights (knowing that i entered the room for 5min) the manager did not accept to talk with me instead they have a teenager boy who does not speak english properly they took all the money and i did jot stay there because no one can live in that kind of rooms. P.S : the rooms look very clean and wide and modern in the pictures on the website but in reality it is miserable with very rude and unprofessional staff.

On Oct 4, I came with my friends and my husband to check in, before we book the room online, we had a chat with them and we asked for early check in, they said since it's your wedding he will upgrade the room and for early check in will cost £30. But, when we arrived, the receptionist told us that it is fine we can check in now and she didn't asked for any fees. We checked 2 rooms instead of 3 since they were the available. After 3 hours, she came and asked for £30.00 cost of early check in but only for our room. But we have asked her why since she didn't told us that we have to pay and the owner/manager came and talked us in a disrespectful language and said I told you the cost before and bla bla bla he was so angry and he said he don't want the £30.00 please clean the room and put the baggages outside and that lead us for being late for our wedding and we have to check in again at 2pm and we had to change our cloth outside. On the check in they told us that they will clean the rooms and change the towels and the bed sheet after 3 days, but in fact they had only changed the towels and she said that they will change the bed sheets after 4 days, while our friends' rooms were cleaned and they have changed the bed sheets. I told them I will pay you but please change the bed sheets, they didn't accept and everytime they talk in that angry language. Maybe they take shower once in a year because 3 towels (2 small towels for hands and hair and a big one for body) should last for 4 days .. I don't know which hotel clean the beds after 4 days!!!!! While I went out and they have left us new towels, suddenly my hair oil disappeared and told her and she denied and even I didn't receive any sweet or kind words for this situation. That is the worst apartment or hotel I have ever seen. I truly don't recommend it. I had to take into consideration my agency's feedback on this hotel because he told me that they are unprofessional but I had to book it to stay in the same apartment with my friends. What a shame.
