Booked 3 night stay and left within 3 hours. NO REFUND Arrived yesterday afternoon from Paphos airport our first impression was the lady in the front sitting outside smoking. It was an inconvenience to her to come inside. She randomly took a picture of both our passports on her phone with no explanation which was really off putting Within 30 minutes of being there someone behind the building had already scratched my car badly. Worst of all you can hear everything outside as if you are sleeping in the street. It is not even peak season and all you hear all night are people walking up and down the corridor and the pub outside next door. You can hear every sound the accommodation is not sound proof whatsoever. I called the property to complain at 10pm, where the boss said to me 'why did you book Agia Napa if you don't want noise' Drove back to Limassol for accommodation at 11.30pm after a 6h journey. Give me my refund AVOID

Great if you like party at night only sleep here! Not recommend for a family with children as is a very noise area , also they charge for you A/C The reception is across the road and the tv is not working properly, also they provided you only with a key and card . Great for value of money as is the cheapest I can say in Aya napa

Nice and clean apartment in the center of the city. Blankets and sheets has been changed two times in 7 days. Bus stations are in approximately 30 meters from this accommodation.

Veryyyyy bad costumer service and the rooms are old and unclean. They will not tell you about additional AC charges until later and the living room is miserable. I tried to do a refund and i agreed that they take 2 nights (knowing that i entered the room for 5min) the manager did not accept to talk with me instead they have a teenager boy who does not speak english properly they took all the money and i did jot stay there because no one can live in that kind of rooms. P.S : the rooms look very clean and wide and modern in the pictures on the website but in reality it is miserable with very rude and unprofessional staff.
