Pros :
+excellent pizzas breakfast lunch dinner
+ constant reserved sunbeds
+ water park for all ages
+ app for ordering snacks from your phone
+ kids club with/without parents
Cons:
- Restaurant is outside. No AC at all.
- reapting meals. Can use some new ideas
- shade above pool
- location is not near the beach.
Highly recommended!
Most important for us was the kids to have fun and be in our sight which was possible with the size of the waterpark and the pool area! They loved the food and we loved the drinks:)
Lunch buffet was sufficient for all of our tastes plus very clean n tidy! The pool catering was also very tasty!!! The reception staff n pool staff were very friendly!! Overall 5/5 ;) will be back for sure!!!!

This hotel is the absolute best! Big, clean, great selection of food and friendly staff. Had a lovely room on 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Being all inclusive you get to dine out at 4 other restaurants associated with the hotel which was a bonus. The assigning of the sun loungers for the duration of your stay is a game changer and very much needed in most hotels.
The water park and pools especially the adult pool are brilliant, my boys thoroughly enjoyed. I would 100% return back here next summer. The location is on point, a 5 min walk to the strip which is very lively.

Extremely clean hotel. The staff very friendly. Enjoyed the food, maybe not a big variety, however, everything was tasty. Especially the homemade pizza which was made in front of you. Pools, rooms and hotel in general very clean! Very much recommended. Hotel allocates to you sunbeds for whole stay, thus you don't have to worry to find sunbeds everyday. Additionally, everyday you are granted clean towels for the pool. Kids enjoyed the slides.

Hotel is in a great location, rooms are good but would be better with a large bed in the bedroom, 2 beds together in main room kept sliding apart, self catering facilities in your room allow you to have stuff for the kids on a night time.
Food, good choice and something for everyone, kids loved the pool snack bar during the day. Also the restaurants you have access to on your stay are brilliant, cannot recommend the Greek and Brazilian enough.
Staff, unbelievable. Went out of there way to make you feel comfortable and help out as much as they could, special mention to Susie on the pool bar, Olivia and the kids loved you, great attitude and energy!
Will definitely be coming back
