Sunrise jade is one of those unforgettable hotels that keep you feeling giddy for months after. This was me and my boyfriend’s first trip as adults without our parents- and we are quite young and so we had a feeling we would be way out of our depth and feel silly.
However staff were nothing short of lovely. We of course, didn’t particularly know what we were doing but the staff made us feel right at home throughout our holiday
The pools were so cleanly and fresh, as were the rooms that had such a lot of storage. We stayed in a room with a swim up pool which is the nicest experience i’ve had on a holiday.
Words couldn’t ever do justice to the beauty of the sunrise that you get if you have a room facing that way. I got up at 5.40 at least 3 nights of our 7night stay, just to see capture the beauty and hold on to the memory of the sunrise. Definitely a must for at least one night
Every single night was a new theme for dinner. the buffet was so diverse and everything was cooked to perfection. The meat- no matter what it was- was always a delicacy
Their bottle service was really amazing and efficient- as was the general waiting service!
Once again, staff are so lovely. and lovely to properly talk to too. Particularly Anna, i think her name was? A waitress in Sage, really made me and my boyfriend feel comfortable seeing as we were so nervous.
the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. The strip is maybe a 15 minute walk- perfectly far enough that you’re away from any loudness when trying to have a chill evening, but close enough you can pop out and grab a pack of water.
The pool areas were immeasurably gorgeous as was the view from the rooms down to the ocean which was a 2 min walk.
The water is perfect for snorkelling or just some gentle swimming. And are lovely and generally quiet too. We didn’t get the chance to swim near the turtles but hopefully will next year. But i could talk for days, this hotel is a must visit. Felt like a real good find. A hidden gem. Thank you again for the amazing service and hospitality you showed us! We had the most incredible time and will be definitely revisiting next year ❤️

Staff brilliant, food great, pool great, allocated sun loungers is a great idea. Sea view room is well worth the extra money. Location is good for a shortish walk into protarus. Would definitely recommend

This hotel is superb! You really do get what you pay for; yes it’s a more expensive hotel but the luxuries and the extras are noticeable differences to a standard 3/4 star hotel.
Super location, the best sea view rooms, the pool is amazing and the allocated sunbeds are an extreme stress relieving feature!

We recently spent five nights at the Sunrise Jade and had an excellent time. The atmosphere is tranquil and refined, perfect for a relaxing, adult-only holiday. Our ocean view room was modern and clean, with a great view of the sea.
One of the standout features of this hotel was how peaceful and relaxing it felt throughout our visit. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

What an amazing hotel! I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break. The food is 5* and the service is amazing. Literally no stress at all. The sea is clear and there are close bays to walk to. The pools are beautiful. The best hotel I’ve ever been to!
