We stayed here late October, the hotel was lovely with great service from the reception and hospitality staff, it's a really modern hotel with plenty of food options. However, the sun loungers are appointed to you for your duration of the holiday, whilst this is great in theory it's not that good in practice. As you can imagine some people aren't that lucky with their placement - we were unlucky in receiving a lounger where the sun disappeared around 2 o'clock which is very frustrating when there are loungers being unused that are in the sun but you're unable to change to those as they're reserved. Although this isn't the end of the world we didn't book the hotel to venture out to the beach daily but we felt forced into this to enjoy the afternoon. (Just a heads up if you're wanting a swim up pool room - probably don't book this, the sun disappeared before lunch on the terraces).

Just an absolutely perfect stay.
The location, service and food was all perfect. Every need was catered for and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays I've ever had.
The only small change I would make is to have water available in the gym as it is a health requirement.

Amazing stay in a fantastic hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in a standard room. We didn’t have a sea view but this didn’t matter. The room was excellent and spacious.
The pool was lovely and it was good to be allocated sun beds for the duration of the stay. There was also activities hosted by the staff in the pool and yoga which was decent.
The breakfast options exceeded our expectations and there was plenty to choose from.
Staff were always friendly and our room was cleaned spotless everyday.
We had a great stay and would definitely be returning back.

I’ve been visiting Hotel Sunrise Jade every summer, sometimes even twice a year, for the past few years, and it has become my absolute happy place. From the moment you step foot in, you feel transported to a paradise, surrounded by the serene beauty of the sea and lush greenery. The hotel is perfectly situated away from any noise, yet still within walking distance of beautiful beaches.
The amenities are outstanding, with relaxing pools that are perfect for unwinding. The breakfast is simply amazing, offering a variety of delicious options, and the customer service consistently exceeds expectations. Everything about this place is top-notch, and I cannot recommend it enough. I know I’ll always be coming back to this slice of paradise.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous the staff are amazing and so helpful nothing is too much trouble, the room is very spacious and the beds are are the most comfortable I’ve slept in I think they must be memory foam. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh bottles of water are put in the room. The fridge contents are free but only the water is replaced after that. The restaurant has an amazing daily menu of pan Asian , Cypriot, Italian and Mediterranean and English food and is delicious. The pool is fabulous and the infinity pool is also lovely. You can swim in the bay and see turtles and swim with them. Visit Landa beach this is a gorgeous sandy beach with clear warm calm waters and a lovely restaurant too. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel it’s just top class and worth every penny
