STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The saddest part of coming to this hotel is knowing that you’ll have to eventually leave it. From the moment we checked in (in the early hours, when we were given complimentary lemonade - lovely touch as we arrived in the early hours) to when we left, the whole experience was out of this world. Due to arriving late and missing first night dinner - we had a voucher to redeem another time - nice! The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly ever want (all super fresh and constantly replenished). Nikola was there to greet us each morning with a lovely smile (and a lovely summery dress!) and all her staff couldn’t do enough for us. Sunbeds are allocated which is great and you can swap about each day. Some beds lose sun earlier than others so you can trial and error for yourself (this may be trickier in the height of summer season, but staff will still try to accommodate you) - the pool bar staff (Nabin, Marina, Kevin - the names I got - the rest were all amazing too) were an absolute pleasure. They are always smiling and chatting and so efficient in their work. The restaurants attached to the hotel are something really good - Greek, pan-Asian, fish.. all were exceptional. Everyone was happy to be at their work here, which says a lot! I’ve been to many places in UK and seen staff clearly wanting to be elsewhere.. this hotel is a dream. You made my week away marvellous; Andreas and the wider team - keep doing what you’re doing!

Amazing hotel. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to Protaras strip. Breakfast was good, you can swap your evening meal with half board for lunch which was good if you didn’t want to stay at the buffet. We ate at the hotel restaurant ginger and the two on the strip (Greek & Brazilian) all included with half board, great food. Drinks were pricey in the hotel but other than that no complaints!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had such a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is ideal—just a 10–15 minute walk from the Protaras strip, so you’re close enough to enjoy everything, but still far enough away to relax in peace. The views are absolutely incredible, and having such beautiful beaches right on site made the whole stay feel extra special. One morning we even woke up at 5:15 to watch the sunrise, and it was absolutely amazing—completely worth the early start. One of the highlights for me was the on-site yoga sessions with Jennifer. She was amazing—so welcoming and encouraging, even though I was far from a natural! The food was outstanding throughout our stay, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful—they really went above and beyond. And I have to mention my favourite touch: the daily chocolate delivery to our room at 6:15 every evening. Such a small detail, but it made each day feel a little more special—I’m definitely going to miss that! The only slight downside was that the rooms aren’t very soundproof. We stayed on the ground floor and could hear quite a bit from the room above—although it may just have been down to having particularly noisy neighbours. Overall, an unforgettable stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

had an absolutely amazing stay at Sunrise Jade Hotel in Protaras. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The staff were fantastic—so friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a really relaxing, high-end atmosphere. Every detail feels well thought out, from the rooms to the facilities. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. What really stood out to me was how consistent everything was—service, cleanliness, food, and overall experience were all top quality. I genuinely can’t fault anything about this hotel. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever been to, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special and memorable holiday.

Lovely, peaceful stay at the Sunrise Jade. Made a list of things that may help others: 1. Food - amazing! Plenty of variety with breakfast including a pancake/omelette station, everything is always hot and fresh. Dinner is themed nights and everything was wonderful! Plates always cleared quickly and we never had to wait more than 2 minutes after ordering drinks for them to arrive! Very friendly staff too :) 2. Pool - cold temperatures but to be expected in April. Spotlessly clean and you can choose where your sunbeds are for the entirety of your holiday. I imagine this can be tricky when the hotel is busy - but we had no problems. There is no music which might have been a nice touch, but we took a small bluetooth speaker and played music quietly for myself and my Husband to enjoy. 3. Rooms - perfect! Cleaned daily and the bed was so comfortable! We had a sea view on the 5th floor and it was a beautiful view. ***We noticed that every single 'swim up' room completely lost the sun by midday each day - definitely not worth paying the extra money! A really lovely hotel that gave us the perfect peaceful getaway for two tired parents, thank you! :)
