Overall a good holiday. Food was excellent, particularly breakfast. Good variety of themed nights in restaurant. Also enjoyed being able to visit other restaurants. All were fab. Rooms were big and plenty of storage.
Visited in October and both pools were very chilly.
Stunning area and lovely walks in both directions on beach.
Cleanliness of rooms was okay.
Drinks are quite expensive, but expected with half board. Waiting on staff were friendly and hard working.
Reserved sun-beds were handy however need to be lucky to get a decent spot.
Probably wouldn’t visit again but overall a good holiday.

We have a Seaview room, queen size bed flatscreen TV plenty of cupboard space standing shower all to a very good standard complimentary bar on arrival with orange juice beer wine fizzy water, Stillwater espresso coffee making machine,rooms cleaned every day. chocolate given to you at night.
staying on bed and breakfast, the breakfast is outstanding. the hotel is tranquil. The bay is great for swimming little bit of a distance to get to a a sand beach.

Incredible hotel in a gorgeous location on the seafront. The staff were all amazing and helpful, and we felt really looked after. The pool was lovely and the food quality was incredible!
The wifi wasn’t amazing, and if you’re after a swim up room, just be aware that you won’t have sun on your balcony/ pool after around 1pm. Other than those minor bits, me and my partner felt that this was the best holiday we’ve ever had and hope to be back to do some more snorkelling with our turtle friends!

Had a lovely holiday here, just returned. The staff, on the whole, were very good. Polite and attentive.
A couple of the bar staff were very rude. Only time I’ve ever been told off for trying to order a drink at a bar!
Dining staff, reception and housekeeping all excellent, however.
Food was good quality though not always the best variety. We did full board and the lunch menu is far superior to the dinner buffet.
Location is fab. The down side of the bay’s turtles is the endless string of boats of people to swim, complete with loud music. Other than that, very relaxing indeed.
Reserved sunbed system lowers stress at the cost of never getting the bed you actually want.
Would stay again.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sunrise Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome and cared for. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — fresh, varied, and delicious every single morning. Whether you’re into sweet or savory, there’s something for everyone, and the quality was consistently excellent. It was the perfect way to start the day.
But what truly made my stay unforgettable was Alina. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything, she brought such a special energy to the hotel. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference, and it’s clear she truly cares about the guests’ experience.

The Jade health club features a modern gym equipped with branded fitness apparatus for cardio workout and strength training which includes free weights and manual accessories. The main pool is an impressively large pool area with spacious with luscious surrounding gardens that have been styled for your lounging pleasure. The hotel offers a prime service of reserved sunbeds and umbrellas which you may keep for the duration of your stay. Allocation is on arrival.
Maximum comfort and convenience is effortless with two outdoor pools and one indoor pool to choose from.
