We just came home after spending a week at Captain Pier Hotel. This is a really good 3 star hotel. The rooms were big and really nice and clean, The air condition worked perfect. The staff was really nice and helpfull. Bartender Antonis made the best pina colada, and Arnold and Irina made many good drinks and was so nice. The snack bar meny was the best snack bar meny I have ever experience, it was much better than a 5 star hotell. The food was good and they had different buffet every day. The pool was nice, but you need to wake up early to get the best places or in the sun as guest put their towels during the night even though it is against the rule. Only 3-5 min walk to the beach and it is some great pubs just around the corner and many great beaches not far from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this to everyone.

We just returned from an amazing 8-day vacation at Captain Pier Hotel in Cyprus, and honestly, we wish we could have stayed for a whole month! This place truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 3–4 minute walk to a beautiful beach and the wonderful seaside promenade. It’s also only a 5-minute taxi ride to the vibrant nightlife of Protaras, yet there are plenty of lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance if you prefer a more relaxed evening. The all-inclusive package is absolutely top-notch. There’s food service from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM, including a delicious lunch and dinner buffet with different themes each evening, and a pool bar menu offering everything from various types of burgers (including vegan options), to fresh pastas and salads. Add to that ice cream, milkshakes, wine, beer, and fantastic cocktails—all very high quality. One of the highlights is the pool bar with in-water seating, where you can enjoy your drink while staying cool. The main bar stays open until midnight, and you’ll never need to fight for a sun lounger—there are plenty available for all guests, plus a quiet sun deck for those who prefer more privacy. The hotel is clean and very well-maintained, and there are water bottles in the rooms. Water bottles are available throughout your stay. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredibly friendly and service-minded staff. Everyone was helpful, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about our comfort and happiness. We had a great time at this hotel! The staff is so friendly, the restaurant was great (we booked only breakfast). It's close to amazing beaches and restaurants but, at the same time, in a quiet area. Our double room was big enough with a nice balcony and AC included! Cleaning was good and done every day. Unfortunately, we haven't tried the pool, but many people did, and it looked great and very clean. The lobby is nice and cooled, which was great for the warm evenings with a good cocktail from the bar. Highly recommending Captain Pier Hotel!

Disappointing Stay We had several issues during our 10-day stay at this hotel, starting right from the check-in. Although the official check-in time is listed as 2 PM, we were not able to access our rooms until 4 PM. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and offered no alternatives or explanations. When I politely asked if we could get a complimentary late check-out in return for the inconvenience, she responded rudely. The hygiene standards in the rooms were poor. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, towels were not replaced daily, and during the entire 10-day stay, the bed linen was never changed. The mattresses were in terrible condition – visibly stained and very unhygienic. We received only one bottle of water on the first day, with no replenishments afterwards. Breakfast was the same every single day – very repetitive and lacking variety. While dinner was generally tasty, there were days when the dining area was so overcrowded that guests had to wait in line outside the restaurant. On the day of check-out, we decided to leave the room early and were told we could shower before departure. However, the designated shower area in the basement was in an appalling condition – dirty, moldy, and completely unsuitable for use. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and we would not return or recommend this hotel to others.

I have to say thank you for the wonderful time we have had in your hotel. The room was very good and clean/modern. The location is amazing with 100 meters to the beach. The staff is very friendly and amazing! The only two things I have to say is the food. Please put less food and more local cuisine. We couldn’t see the food anymore after 2 days and we have had all inclusive. One other thing is that they had all the alcohol in the bar in plastic bottles and the wine from tetra-pack. If you try to save, then please hide those. Thanks a lot for everything and I can definitely recommend it!
