Pros: location close to several beaches, 5 minutes walk to bus stop. Hotel facilities with nice pool, hot tub / jacuzzi (working from 10 til 15 o’clock), good selection in all inclusive bar from 10 am until midnight with cyprus coffee, cocktails, beer and local spirits. Red wine is bad, rose is a little better and white is best out of these options. Room was ok, cleaned daily, nice view from 4th floor. No fight over sunbeds, we found available at any time of the day. Ok gym, we used several times. Snack bar from the menu, nice to be able to eat near pool. We liked cheeseburgers and wraps. Nice people working at the bar and restaurant, saying hi and looking friendly. Cons: repetitive food in buffet, most of ingredients are same for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only pork and chicken for meat choices, and rest food is used next day in stews. Uninspiring theme dinners, for mexican expect pork fajitas (yesterday pork with some added spices), for greek pork gyros (no pita or tzatziki), for italian pork noodles etc. Dessert’s dont exist (I saw 2 types of cake over the week and jelly). Fruits : melon, watermelon, orange, apples and once bananas. At greek evening they served okra in tomato sauce, next day they added left over potatoes to it. Dishes from snack bar appeared at buffet table as well. However they always prepared white fish for lunch and dinner, which was good. Once we got seafood pasta for lunch which was nice. We ate out several times. Its easy to take bus to Protaras. Overall we enjoyed our vacation, we loved jacuzzi and hotel was close to the beach 🙂

When we first checked in the room was very clean, the food is very good and there’s many options to choose from the staff is also very welcoming and polite especially Arman and Zahid they are very friendly and always keep a smile on their face’s they always make sure the place is clean and that you enjoy and have a good time! The whole hotel was very clean. But you only get fresh towels and linen every three days! The bed is very hard. The food is okay, but always the same. The staff at the reception is not very helpful (lacking English skills, not well-informed about anything). There was not much for children.

We just came home after spending a week at Captain Pier Hotel. This is a really good 3 star hotel. The rooms were big and really nice and clean, The air condition worked perfect. The staff was really nice and helpfull. Bartender Antonis made the best pina colada, and Arnold and Irina made many good drinks and was so nice. The snack bar meny was the best snack bar meny I have ever experience, it was much better than a 5 star hotell. The food was good and they had different buffet every day. The pool was nice, but you need to wake up early to get the best places or in the sun as guest put their towels during the night even though it is against the rule. Only 3-5 min walk to the beach and it is some great pubs just around the corner and many great beaches not far from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this to everyone.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff is so friendly, the restaurant was great (we booked only breakfast). It's close to amazing beaches and restaurants but, at the same time, in a quiet area. Our double room was big enough with a nice balcony and AC included! Cleaning was good and done every day. Unfortunately, we haven't tried the pool, but many people did, and it looked great and very clean. The lobby is nice and cooled, which was great for the warm evenings with a good cocktail from the bar. Highly recommending Captain Pier Hotel!
