Top Properties flagship complex, Artemis Cynthia Complex is located on the southern side of the Universal Area in Kato Paphos. The project was recently completed in the last few years and comprises of 108 apartments and 8 detached residential units, with a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments in 9 independent blocks of 12 apartments each, 4 on each floor, all accessible by elevators and all with the ground floor covered parking area.
Artemis Cynthia Complex is ideally located close to shops, supermarkets, banks and other amenities all within walking distance, plus the nearest beach is only a 10 minute walk away.
The complex offers four full-size swimming pools, one children’s swimming pool, private fitness room, lift in each block, Wi-Fi in all rooms and communal areas, satellite TV channels, maid and cleaning service, full-time gardening, pool service, cleaners and maintenance team.
The reception office is open Monday to Saturday 0900-1800 to provide their guests with information, assistance and any other help they might need during their stay.
Surrounding and internal garden areas are planted with native species, flowers and fruit trees.
Their full-time maintenance team at the complex guarantees the general cleanliness and proper regular maintenance of the swimming pools, fitness room and communal areas.
A bus stop can be found just a few metres away. Convenience shops are 50m away from the complex, and supermarkets or fruit markets are less than 300m away. The municipal beach of Paphos is within 1.5km, while the centre of Old Paphos Town is 3km away. Paphos Airport is located 7km away.

Clean apartments, lovely pools and communal areas, can't fault the complex. Staff were incredibly helpful and very professional. Rooms are on the basic side but has everything you need and very clean. Only issue being it's a slight walk into the town so I would recommend a hire car (Free parking with lots of spaces in the complex) Would definitely stay again and would recommend if wanting a holiday in Paphos

Made the best of an uncomfortable stay
Liked · We stayed for a month in March. The grounds had mature citrus trees with lovely scent.
Staff were responsive when we asked for assistance with a problem with the shower head - it was completely clogged and needed to be replaced.
Wifi was pretty good. A good grocery store within walking distance.
Disliked · This apartment is not well equipped. The bed is EXTRA FIRM and bouncy mattress with no cushion or pillow top. The living room sofa is a sleeper, with a hard iron edge and flat cushions that meant there was no way to be comfortable. No extra pillows provided. The kitchen had bare minimum, and oven didn't work well (everything we cooked burned as 6 of the 7 settings turned out to be broiler). The washing machine door wouldn't close/open correctly and it obviously is old and need to be looked at. I don't think any owner or manager has lived in the unit, if they had they would know how uncomfortable it is.
There are 5 pools - all accessed only with steep ladders.
Smoking is allowed all over the complex and smell from neighbors drifted onto our terrace. We had to walk through smoke often to reach the elevators.
Not having a clear smoke free path to elevators and pools was upsetting.

We enjoyed a lovely stay here last week. Everything is clean. Pool is clean and filled daily. It's a 20 min walk down to the front and roughly 10/15 min walk to the mall. There is a couple shops around the corner incase you need some essentials.
Only downside to our stay was the bunkbed mattresses could do with an upgrade. You can feel all the springs in them. Could do with more pillows on all beds. One flat pillow wasn't enough. The air con was not working properly in the bunkbed room. The pool man is miserable and actually told my kids to be quiet while they were having fun enjoying the pool which was disappointing. Kids make noise, especially when having fun and are excitable.
My husband and I recently stayed at this apartment hotel in Paphos, Cyprus and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable home base for our exploration of the Paphos area.
One of the best features of the hotel is the lovely outdoor swimming pool. After long days spent visiting historical sites and walking around Paphos, it was so nice to be able to come back to the hotel and relax by the pool. The pool area is well-kept and provides a peaceful oasis.
The hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from the Paphos city center, which was very convenient. We enjoyed being able to easily access the shops, restaurants, and harbor area of the city center, while also having a quiet, residential location for our accommodation.
The staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. They offered great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, and were happy to assist with booking things like rental bikes and day trips. The self check-in process was also very straightforward, which was ideal since we had a late evening flight.
Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment hotel to anyone visiting Paphos. The combination of the nice apartment, beautiful pool, convenient location, and wonderful staff made for a perfect home base for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again.

So comfortable and cozy rooms, there's everything you need. Service is great, woman on reception is really nice and friendly. Pool is clean. Location is amazing, 20 minutes walking to the sea and all restaurants.

Each apartment in Artemis Cynthia Complex has a full size kitchen area, with a dining table so you can prepare your meals and drinks. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, a full size fridge, microwave, oven, hob, air extractor and washing machine. Toasters can be provided on request.

Artemis Cynthia Complex has a small fitness area with some GYM equipment, so their guests can keep up with their training. This is not a proper Gym area and guests must always follow the health and safety precautions and instructions before using any of the equipment.
Swimming Pools
The complex has 4 large pools (11×6 meters) and one children pool, around 50cm deep. Around the pools there are sunbeds and umbrellas so you can enjoy your day, but keep in mind that we are not providing any pools or beach towels, and we prefer guests NOT to use the bath towels provided for the pool, so if you want to use the pools you either need to bring your own towels or buy some locally.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of EUR 100.00 per apartment will be charged at the Reception upon your arrival. This deposit will be refunded if the property is left in an acceptable condition.
Damages and Breakages
You are responsible for any breakages and/or damages which you cause to the accommodation, its contents or the communal areas. Any breakages and/or damages must be reported immediately to the reception desk, where you will be advised if any replacement/repair costs will be required from you.
Additional Cleaning
The accommodation price includes: electricity, hot and cold water, bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishcloth/scourers and a small supply of toilet rolls. Please note that should the apartment be left in an unacceptable condition, then an additional cleaning charge will be required.
