Nice hotel, really big and very busy. Food was good, what you would expect from all inclusive hotel. Drinks weren’t that nice unfortunately but shop onsite. Staff very helpful and friendly. About a 25 minute walk into Ayia Napa main strip and a big hill to walk back up to get back but taxis and buses available. Bus stop right outside hotel

Such an organized hotel , food is very nice , shame about a huge family hogging the beds by the pool , empty sun beds with towels on as their children play in the pool all day, they must place towels at 6am to get the same spot and that amount of beds each day , such a shame as the hotel is amazing ,staff and cleaninlness, This is our 2nd time visiting, fantastic location with lovely walks , bus service close ,

We had a really good time here. There's a wide variety of food and entertainment. The animation team is great especially Aleksandra and Jovana - my daughters never wanted to leave the kids club 😊 The staff are helpful and friendly. Really recommend.

Phenomenal experience, we enjoyed every day with our family. The food was delicious, rich, diverse, and the location perfect for a vacation. The nearest beach is stunning, crystal clear, and the children's slides are great. My wife and I enjoyed superb cocktails and other drinks every day. I don't understand why people write negative comments. The only recommendation is that if you have small children, try to book a room that does not overlook the pool because you can hear music until 11 p.m.

We stayed at Tofinis for a week and a half in early May. On arrival our first impressions were good. As we arrived late in the evening we were given a snack box each containing a sandwich, cake and apple, which was a thoughtful gesture given that the restaurant was closed. Check in was prompt. Positives Clean, modern lobby area, bar areas and restaurants. In a quiet area of Ayia Napa but around a 25 minute walk to the harbour area. Plenty of shops and supermarkets along the way. Good, walkable location for the beach although bear in mind the property is on a steep hill; Good transport links directly outside - busses are cheap (cash only) and run every 15 mins in each direction; and Staff are all very friendly, helpful and hardworking. Family suites were modern, spacious and included a fridge. Food options varied and quality definitely improved over the course of our stay. During our first few days the food was often old and cold which was a huge disappointment and concern but as the hotel became busier this improved greatly. There were advertised ‘themed nights’ with some live cooking. Water issues - very low water pressure in shower (it literally dribbled whilst on full) and on two days we had no hot water due to a maintenance issue. There are no fresh juices at breakfast, children’s slushies are chargeable as was de-caffeinated coffee. The All Inclusive menu is extremely limited compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Cyprus. No tea or coffee in rooms despite being provided with kettle & cups - take a couple extra at breakfast if you want them as this area is closed off after this time. No table service for drinks in the restaurant. Makes the dining room feel rather chaotic with so many people moving about, not to many mention many small children walking around with glasses. Again, the first time we’ve experienced this at a 4* hotel. Entertainment felt quite limited during the day with the kids club aimed at very young children. Activities seemed to focus on drawing, painting and a few crafts. There was very little entertainment in the evenings with the exception of the children’s disco. Daytime games are ‘teens’ and adults only which leaves kids of 7+ with little of interest. Indoor pool was closed. Spa area with bookable treatments although I never saw this open. Inside bar was closed & is adults only. Waterpark - Good selection of slides, children’s splash zone with tipping bucket, mini slides and small lazy river. Overall a good offering for a hotel of this size. Loungers are very old and tired, many looking like they needed a good clean. Bar area within the waterpark is included in all inclusive. Designated smoking areas would be a huge advantage to this hotel. We had to keep our balcony doors shut a lot of the time due to neighbours smoking outside which in turn made its way into our room and the children’s sleeping area. It was also a common problem around the pools. Our overall opinion of this hotel is mixed and whilst we did enjoy our stay overall, there were definitely a few hiccups in the earlier days of our stay that made us doubt our choice of accommodation. I do feel this hotel has the potential to be a great one, but questionable at 4* when compared to the many other places of this rating we have stayed at. It is the beginning of the season though so perhaps things are just getting off to a slow start.
