Amazing hotel, clean, comfortable beds, a lot of hot water with strong pressure! Very good breakfast!

Great location, easy access to the beach,and short distance to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa. Staff very friendly, attentive and approachable. Rooms lovely and spacious. We had a huge balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. Great variety of tasty food. Always something for the two fussy 13/14-year-olds. So you’re not caught off guard like I was they supply a kettle in the room with cups and glasses, but you have to purchase your tea coffee water etc. luckily the hotel has a Supermarket underneath. Once you have water, you can fill it up in the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, highly recommended.

Fantastic location, a huge team of dedicated staff who are so friendly and work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean. The restaurant staff are so sweet and again work so hard. The pool and waterpark are great and there is always a lifeguard on hand. The pool bar had plenty of drinks to choose from that won't disappoint. The food was delicious with a huge range. Notable dishes to try; calamari, fish, various yummy salads, delicious soups especially the chicken and vegetable varieties. This is my first all inclusive and it has made me want to holiday in this way in the future. The hotel location is fantastic, about a 20 minute walk to the local shops although there are 2 small shops next to and opposite the hotel (although the prices are a little higher than the shops in town but worth it when you can't be bothered to walk and its nice to support them). The local beach was beautiful. A blue flag beach that is kept immaculate. Clear waters, 2.50 euros for a sunbed, great vibes. We went in October and the weather was faultless. Would love to return here in the future. We had 2 twin beds (next to each other) and a sofa bed that was surprisingly comfortable. Awesome shower and bath and if you are lucky there are about 6 rooms that have large balconies. There was not much in the way of entertainment BUT just being here was all the joy I needed. Highly recommended x

A great family hotel with great facilities for children. Numerous swimming pools including the splash world with lots of slides for kids and adults to enjoy. The kids club was also available through the day. The rooms were a little small but cleaned every day and air conditioned which is needed in Cyprus. There were lots of sunbeds however some ended up in the shade around the splash world due to the low sun in October and the locality of a neighbouring hotel. We thought we were getting a family room but ended up with a twin family room. A good selection of food each day with a different theme each night and a bar service open from morning until late into the evening. We stayed for 10 nights and we couldn't complain about the food. There was plenty of things on offer and was really fresh and tasty. The evening entertainment was ok. The room where it was held wasn't great as the entertainment was in the corner but due to the amount of pillars in the room your view was quite restricted depending on where you were sat. Some of the shows were good such as the bubble show. The staff were really friendly and attentive. All in all for a TUI 3*+ rating you cannot go wrong and we would definitely come back as a family. Our kids have enjoyed it as have us parents so all in all a great holiday.

Phenomenal experience, we enjoyed every day with our family. The food was delicious, rich, diverse, and the location perfect for a vacation. The nearest beach is stunning, crystal clear, and the children's slides are great. My wife and I enjoyed superb cocktails and other drinks every day. I don't understand why people write negative comments. The only recommendation is that if you have small children, try to book a room that does not overlook the pool because you can hear music until 11 p.m.
