Very good location, next to the Protaras strip. Clean and modern looking rooms, TV, fridge, microwave and hob all included. Good sized rooms, though no lift for those in rooms above the ground floor. We were able to change rooms when we asked reception who dealt with any queries quickly. Breakfast/food facilities were provided by CJ's in a separate building and while the staff there were fantastic, the fact it was outside and very hot all day meant it wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. My only real issues were that the room a/c was charged at €10 per day. We had booked two rooms for two weeks so €280 in addition to the room cost seemed a little excessive. Also, some nights the entertainment went on into the early hours and was quite noisy in a room close to CJs. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable and welcoming place to stay near to the busy Protaras strip.

Had a weekend break here with the family. We had a newly renovated room which was modern, clean and well furnished. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return here when we next visit the area.

Stayed here in August we have been coming to the hotel for 7 years now And all I can say is the rooms in the main building have been improved and are lovely But !!! The rooms were not clean !!! The towels were not changed often enough in fact we had to ask for new ones the floors in the rooms were never mopped or brushed in14 days - and outside on the balcony my wife had to clean it before we could use it The miserable man on reception at night is so unwelcoming and rude I’m surprised he’s still got his job Pool area was filthy the sun beds were dirty and disgusting They used to be washed everyday when we first went 7 years ago There was bottles ans drinks left from the previous day and the amount of people who slipped and Nearly slipped going into the pool was unreal The cleaners around the pool didn’t come to 8 am when the pool opens at 8:30 by then most people were down and ready to start the day It was to late There was a group ( family ) 15 /16 completely took over the pool and there language was disgusting To the point we had to go to the beach untill they eventually left to go home to the uk We’re absolutely devastated- please do something about it asap

Just a place to lay down for the night. Close to Fig Tree Bay and the strip so not bang center but a 5min walk which suited us. Apartment is self catering and rooms were standard. Beds OK, pillows were on the very high side but luckily there were alternative cushions we used as pillows. Shower drain smelt a bit but I guess we got use to it ! Rooms were very reasonable and probably saved a days spending money staying here so not complaining just pointing out.

A warm welcome with clean comfortable rooms tv is free but you do have to pay for the air conditioning and believe me it's needed. All the staff are very friendly and helpful the pool is great and has a lifeguard food and pool bar is provided by cj's pool bar with amazing staff and great food all at great prices. We are still here for the rest of today and have booked to come back next year. Shops restaurants and entertainment 5 minutes walk away and some beautiful beaches again only a 5 minute walk
